From the sales guy, to the two guys who painted the house it was so extremely professional it blew me and my wife and we did business with only one quote, they gave us $300 off and the two painters were so kind professional and on time every day. We were so touched we gave a tip and that was a first since we were already paying them. Thank you team.

Quality of work is outstanding, 5-stars! We are extremely happy with the color and how the inside of the house looks. The painters are very friendly and professional. We would recommend Sequoia Painting! My 4-star rating is due to some miscommunication so just make sure what was agreed upon is in writing & your wishes are listed in the contract. During our initial consultation with Josh, he told us we would not have to move any furniture, just personal belongings, and we let him know we did not want the doors brush-painted. He said they would be spray-painted. When the painters arrived, they told us they don't move furniture. They did, however, help us move the furniture. They brush-painted the doors. When we pointed out that we were told they would be spray-painted, they did re-do them. The painters were accommodating in fixing any issues we pointed out. Per my wishes, they left all the nails in the walls so I could easily rehang all our pictures...that took me hours & days to measure and hang! I was very happy about that. All in all, we are very happy with the job they did!

The whole process of dealing with Sequoia paint was very refreshing the salesman who came and explained the procedure and the cost was excellent and when the painters came, they were just wonderful. Very professional! From start to finish Sequoia Painting (SP) was communicative and responsive. They did not get upset when we changed our minds on some things. My wife and I really enjoyed the 2 hour complimentary color consult they provided as it gave direction. I would definitely recommend them! They did our exterior paint and had it done in about a week. Once we put our deposit down it they had us booked within a month! No hidden fees. They even were respectful during the touch up about spots they had missed.

I knew I wanted our island to be an accent color but lacked vision so I called Sequoia Painting as Ive used them before. Joshua gave us a deal we couldnt pass up. One of the biggest reasons we keep returning is their fair pricing, meticulous work and Matthew! Matthews incredible eye for color is unmatched! Choosing the right combinations can be overwhelming, but he makes the process so easy and always knows what shades work beautifully together. His patience, professionalism, and talent truly make all the difference. The company really does amazing work. Our crew lead, Jessica, ensured the project was done beautifully and on time. Jessica communicated well and as frequently as needed to make sure the project was completed to my liking. She even went above and beyond to help fix a small problem in my kitchen that was an eye sore. Armando, the painter, and Jessica left my kitchen perfect in color and condition. This company did a great job! (before is on left in collage pics) We went a little darker and also painted our doors. They pressure washed entire home then taped everything meticulously, along with repairing cracks and chips in our stucco. Very careful removing and replacing fixtures. Irvin and Isreal were professional and detailed. They were easy to talk to and weren't annoyed with any questions we had during the process. We are pleased with the results!

My only complaint is the communication from the office- it was minimal and I had to do the contacting. I was unsure it was even going to happen. I finally found a calendar invite but it did not state a time. I was told it would be a 6 week wait but it was closer to 4 months. Online communication only for me was not great.

I want to start off by saying I think that the actual men who come out to paint the house in my case, it was Hector and Luis, did a great job. My house was handled with care as well as all my personal belongings as we are currently living in the home that was being painted. We have lived here for 14 years! I am a person who does not mind paying for a service if I think the service is done right. My main issue that I had was with the office. There was a complete lack of communication I feel throughout the process. Everybody there is nice, but there is a lack in communication. For example, they had the wrong paint. So Hector had to redo work that he had already done which resulted in him losing time all because Sequoia sent the wrong paint. They went off my original interest form instead of the actual work order to order the paint. That to me is very illogical. What is the point of a signed work order if its not being used? Another thing that I was not satisfied with was the size of the crew that was painting. It was literally a crew lead, Hector, and one other gentleman. One day that gentleman had to stay home sick due to a stomach virus, which left Hector all by himself doing an entire 1700 square-foot home. I dont think thats very fair and thats too much work for one person which caused the project to go on longer than it should have. I am guessing this caused my project to overlap with other projects. Another thing I was told by the office that all my doors were going to be removed and taken to the shop to be painted by the jig. I feel like that wouldve also help save some time for the painters but instead, all my doors were left on which meant they had to mask and paint those as well. Also,I was given an estimated time of about six weeks to start the project, which wouldve put me at the beginning of August to have the job done and instead I was pushed back all the way until the first week of September. This in and of itself isnt the problem because I know things happen and I was OK with waiting, but I almost feel like I shouldve been discounted in someway because the time frames were not correct. Instead I was offered a discount if I waited until December/January? Six additional months and during the Holidays....I dont think so! Finally, no one even confirmed the week before that the painters were even coming, so nobody from the office called just to say hey we just want to confirm and let you know that the painters will be at your residence on this day. The only person I heard from was the painter himself on the day he was heading out. So I think overall communication needs work from the office on down, but the painters themself who painted my house did a really good job and Im very happy with the job so far. I think the three-year warranty also gives customers a piece of mind in case anything does happen in that timeframe. Overall, Hector and Luis were great! If it wasnt for them and their expertise, professionalism, and overall kindness I would probably give Sequoia Painting a lower rating! I used Sequoia a few years ago for an exterior job so I figured this would go smoothly...let me tell you, and interior job is WAY different. Hector is a great crew lead, person, and painter! Thank you for my beautifully painted home guys!!
