Told me they could start my drywall, earliest, July 11th. Definitely finish it the week of July 21st thru 25th. Peter told me this. I confirmed, because I'm from out of town, and I flew out here special to paint as soon as they are done with the drywall work. NOPE. Can't do it until the week of July 28th! $600 in flights down the drain! update: another 895 down the drain ,before we even started. was demoing panel but demoing around the trim, to save the cost of new trim & trim install. I don't have the skill with the tools for that precision work, so asked Schwaller to sub it. Thought it was clear the hard part is demoing around the trim. Demolushers just demoed everything and threw it all away.. I already had 1/3 of that dine before I subbed it. If I wanted to hulk smash everything and not save anything, I'd have finished it. The hard part was saving the trim in-place. Drywall and paint prep hasn't even started and I'm out an extra $1,500. UPDATE: 10-09-2025 Fired these guys for their Drywall service. So, they set a date I needed to have the bathroom installed by, before they could do the drywall. Bathroom install wasn't what I wanted because there wasn't time to wait for parts before Schwaller was going to be there to drywall and finish. Bathroom is installed. Schwaller says, WHOOPS, Can't make it out buddy! We're REALLY sorry! Again. "We had a death in the family." Which is the tail end of rental season. Coulda let me know, instead of stringing me along, and along, and along Which puts my cabinet installers a month behind as well - their next reschedule is end of October, and I scheduled, but the plan was to be shopping for renters by now, the beginning of October, not still waiting for drywall. Which was estimated start of June, 2025. Fired these guys. My new guys will have it all done & finished by Friday, October 10th; already working on it; scheduled them end of September. Unbelievable. Schwaller's Drywall division is a joke, all excuses. I do not recommend.

We replaced our living room window with a 4pane bow/bay window . We contacted Schwallers because of the great job they did a few years ago in our family room. They were great to work with and kept in touch letting us know when to expect a date. Mark did an excellent job, was meticulous in staining the woodwork, professional and neat. My husband and I had Schwaller, painting, staining, & drywall repair the wall and ceiling after an old 4" cast iron pipe that was located in the wall and ceiling had to be replaced. We must say that Schwaller did a superlative job! They matched the old plaster and lathe with new dry wall and the finished surface matched perfectly. We have a lovely gazebo in our backyard. It is more than 15 years old. So, we decided to have the white part of the three levels repainted. (The bottom of gazebo is all brick matching the house.) The fellow who did the job was so efficient, detailed, and precise. He never left an unclean spot on the lawn, always cleaning up after done for the day. Also, there are many nooks and crannies around the woodwork and he got it all painted without missing a spot. Of course, a ladder has to be used for the top two levels. He was careful of its placement never setting the ladder near the shrubs and plants all around the circumference of the gazebo. If you are looking for quality work we recommend Schwallers very highly.

After my husband and I bought a house, I contacted Schwaller's to help update it. The estimate process was very easy with Steve Carter coming to the house at a time that worked for me. The work was completed when we were available for it with very professional service. The painter called to make sure the color was what I wanted (he could lighten it if I wanted) and was very helpful. Definitely recommend Schwaller's.

Schwaller"s did a great job painting the inside of the condo. Everything was completed efficiently and thoroughly. No mess left anywhere. Leftover paint was left behind for me to us in event of dings when moving in. The inside of the entrance doors were also painted and there was good attention to detail around door handles and deadbolts and hinges. Very neatly done. I am very happy with how project turned out and would recommend Schwaller's for your paint job.

Purchased a home with a popcorn ceiling and prior owner was a heavy smoker. Schwaller's removed the popcorn ceiling, applied a new texture and painted it. The difference was just amazing. They also primed the walls with a primer to get rid of the smoke smell and had some doubts but the smell is really gone. I could not be happier. The living room, kitchen, hall and bathroom look totally different. Fresh and new. Thank you so much. Great job

The fact that the company is not only in this for the money, but to simply help others helped me trust their suggestions.
