I had a leak in my bathroom and hired a company to repair it. After three months, the leak reappeared. I ended up hiring Savvy Multifamily again. They were very punctual and arrived at the agreed-upon time. They ran tests to diagnose the problem, and it appeared that most of the pipe was damaged. This meant replacing all the pipes in the house. lvaro and his team were very friendly and professional, and they finished within the agreed-upon timeframe. I highly recommend Savvy Multifamily.

Savvy Multifamily saved the day. Today, they truly saved my earsand my workday! Im a leasing agent at an apartment property, and we had a false emergency that caused the fire alarms to go off. The strobbing and constant beeping were intense, and trying to work through that was miserable. I called Elan, and he showed up with a technician within 30 minutes. In just 10 minutes, they had the alarms under control, and within an hour, they identified the problem and fixed it the same day. Theres nothing worse than working an entire shift next to an alarm screaming in your ear, and Savvy Multifamily completely saved us from that. Fast, professional, and incredibly responsive service. A refrigerator water line leak from a poor installation ended up dripping into my neighbors unit, and it turned into an emergency fast. We called Roy from Savvy Multifamily, and Im so glad we did. These guys are true professionals in emergency situations. They extracted all the water from both units, removed baseboards, some drywall, the carpet pad, and even a bit of laminate all with zero mess. The demolition and installation process was shockingly clean and smooth, with no dust left anywhere in our home. They had everything dried within two days and fully finished the install in ten. What impressed me most was how organized and smart the team leadership was. They even managed to find the exact matching flooring for both units, which felt like a miracle. Huge thankyou to Roy. His communication was excellent from start to finish. I always knew who would be in my home and when, and that level of respect and clarity means a lot.
