Zura and the Sani Building Corp team were fantastic to work with during our apartment renovation in NYC. They completely redid our kitchen tiles which really upgraded our kitchen. They also replaced all of our through-the-wall AC units, and installed new radiator covers that really refreshed the look and feel of the whole apartment. They also helped us remove a large built-in mirror from the 60s that was outdated and cracked. One of the biggest projects was redoing our floors with brand new flooring and molding, which made a huge difference. They also installed a beautiful statement chandelier and decorative molding that added a lot of character to the space. Beyond the great work they did, Zura is just a genuinely great person to work with. Hes kind, fair, and always willing to help. What really stood out compared to other contractors weve worked with is that hes honest, detail-oriented, and never rushes a job just to get it done quickly. Hes extremely respectful of your home and takes real pride in his work. Id absolutely recommend Sani Building Corp for any project, big or small. Whether its something simple like installing molding or lighting, or a bigger job like new floors, Zura and his team have the experience and professionalism to get it done the right way

Zurabi installed bathroom tile. He charged me $600 for it and he ended up providing the grout for that price.. I had gotten a quote for $700 before so this was better. The job entailed more work than be expected because he did not know that I had thick ceramic tile which took more time to cut, but he didnt charge me extra for that. He also cemented the door saddle for free. In the end, I did give him $75 more than what he asked for. Overall, a good job but a few of the tiles did not come out level. I did not notice that when he finished the job because you cant see it but after the grout cured and I walked on it with slippers I could feel hard edges on some tiles. Attached are some pics with a ruler against the floor to give an indication. Not included is a pic where I added grout to smooth out an edge but that grout became somewhat discolored so it wouldnt be fair to show that. Also. When he was cutting the tiles he mistakenly made small cuts into my tub, about 7 of them. Maybe he wasnt so careful because I told him that I plan to have the tub reglazed, but thats not a reason to be careless and make small cuts into my tub. Im still giving him a good review, but its not a perfect one that everyone else is giving him. Sorry that I couldnt give him a perfect review. Zurabi worked 9 hours on my bathroom from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. So he is a very hard worker, but his mistakes need to be pointed out so he wont do it again with someone else. And Im sure he wont.

We have worked for Zura for more than a year now and he is always extremely professional and a pleasure to work with! He gave us very reasonable quotes to address various issues, including 1. Increasing low water pressure for the bathroom sink 2. Reducing backsplash in a different bathroom sink 3. Successfully reducing air flow in a vent that was blowing too much air 4. External refacing and painting of front entrance 5. Inserting a drain pipe to prevent flooding. He also previously resurfaced and painted a patio deck, among other things. For all of these, he clearly explained the process and timeline, and was able to immediately fix several of these items on site! Zura has quickly become our go-to contractor for all of our home repair needs. Highly recommend!!

Zurabi was fantastic to work with. He did a variety of things in my home from painting the metal fence and front door, repairing damaged dry wall, and putting up wallpaper. Everything came out great. We will definitely call him again next time we need a job done.
