He and his crew came and smoothed the cathedral tall ceilings in my 90s home from a very nasty stipple down to smooth. They painted everything as well as exchanging stair rails and doors, and removing a wall. He had great attention to detail as well as conscientious of large scale. He is an honest man with integrity. I will be asking him back to refinish my deck in the spring.

We interviewed 8 companies before selecting them to stain the entire exterior of our cabin: rails, decks, walls, and the ceiling of our outside porch and couldn't have been more pleased. It now looks better than it did when it was brand new! His employee Santos was a joy and did his very best to please us and of course all the other team members were wonderful and did too! I was nervous to book our first staining because it was the first time we had to have it done in our cabin. I read a lot of reviews and Sanchez painting was highly reviewed among our neighbors. They came out and were very friendly and talked me through what they would recommend doing. There were a few areas that had been water damaged that they recommended replacing, but the siding used on my cabin had been discontinued. They were able to re-create the texture and match the existing siding perfectly. They are true artists, and do excellent work!

I asked for recommendations for a top notch company to re-stain our cabin. Sanchez came highly recommended. I contacted him and he came out the same day for an estimate. We agreed for him to start. The only negative experience was the lead time of 4 to 6 weeks to get started, it took 6 months. He can't help winter, but the time was way off. I'm glad I waited! Once the job was started, he did what he said when he said. He wasn't satisfied with 2 coats of stain, so put on a third. He only charged extra for the stain, no extra labor cost. The finished job shows his experience and dedication to customer satisfaction. I join others with a high recommendation for his work.

Kudos to Sanchez Painting and Handyman LLC for doing a great job in staining our cabin. They arrived every day, except for a rain day, as scheduled. They were here by 8:30 AM and stayed until at least 6 PM. They had to replace some rotted wood around our fireplace, and on some of the very high eaves that the carpenter bees had eaten. They did a great job, caulking as needed, and painted our new doors red (which required four coats of paint). Santos even noticed our door was sticking and brought longer screws to put in it, so it no longer sticks. The whole team was great and trustworthy- I highly recommend them in the Blue Ridge, Georgia, area.

I called this company on very short notice. I purchased some property and buildings here in Ellijay for my HVAC business. I spoke to Sanchez and explained that I needed the exterior pressure washed and interior painted on one building, and the second building needed pressure washing and the exterior painted within a very short time frame so that we could get moved in. He answered the phone, He showed up on time for the estimate, explained that he was very busy with other jobs, but said that he would work is in under the circumstances and make it happen. The crews that he sent to do the job were very experienced, polite, and cleaned up every day when they left. They exceeded all of our expectations, everything turned out awesome on two buildings. We will be using them in the very near future to paint the exterior of the third building. This company is busy for a reason, they were all about customer service.
