I contacted Russo to quote drywall and was pleased with the price. When I asked for a reference, I was told "you'll just have to trust me." I did. The next couple weeks were hell. I was repeatedly insulted by his rude comments. He raised the price that he quoted. He came to my home several times insisting that my basement egress window HAD to come out. Despite my repeated plea to stop messing with the window, he continued to try and disassemble it. After calling the window experts, Russo told me he "didn't believe the window couldn't come out." He knew what the job entailed and one week prior to starting the job, I was told to "find someone else." This man is completely unprofessional. Don't make the same mistake I made. Don't trust him.
