Professional, timely, and craftsman work. What more could I ask for. Dmytro evaluated a few medium sized projects and gave me very honest and insightful recommendations. We chose to go with two of the projects. Vic spearheaded the on sight work and did a beautiful job. They went above and beyond in terms of making everything solid engineering and looking good. In hindsight, we provided limited instructions/requests and they made some executive decisions that were outstanding. Hope to get the opportunity to work with them again in the future.

Good experience with our bathroom remodeling. Back time we had one guy with little bit cheaper proposal. Finally Ivan with his team must to redo 50% of everything which he done. Dont try cut corners on waterproofing in your bathroom!!!! Dont be me. Ivan with his guys done amazing job with all reports, pictures and warranty!!! Aloha everyone! It was 2nd project with Top Level. I have 2 properties in Hawaii. One on Oahu and 2nd on Big island. I am glad Michael working on both islands and guys have enough crews to take care everything fast. If you are looking company who can do most of interior remodeling with fair price on all islands definitely look on those guys. Ill personally will be using them in March for my tile project in Hilo.

Definitely a 5-star company. I cannot say enough positive things about the team I worked with at Top Level Construction to renovate my children's 30 year old bathroom: Inna (Sales Manager) - She met with us once and was very detailed in measuring our bathroom and noting our likes and dislikes. She showed us photos of bathroom projects they recently completed which was very helpful. I like that she tweaked her proposals to fit our needs and price points. She was very professional and we felt no pressure from her at all to accept any of their proposals. Oleh (Project Manager) - Once we agreed to a proposal, Oleh put us in their work schedule immediately. We couldn't believe how fast the project moved from beginning to end. Oleh is very efficient and is great at communicating what they need to get the project moving. I like that he communicates through both phone call and text. Illia (Supply Manager) - Illia has a lot of patience. We had many texts going back and forth about items we wanted that weren't in stock due to us being in Hawaii. Illia found great substitutions that we're very happy with. Illia is also an awesome designer and gave us wonderful recommendations for color schemes and fixtures when we had a hard time choosing it ourselves. Constantine (Man of all trades) - Constantine is the hardest and most efficient worker I've ever met. When he comes to your house, he works from morning to evening and does not horse around. The quality of his tile work, grout, and cabinet installation is outstanding and impeccable. I also really liked that he keeps his work area as clean as possible throughout the entire project. Overall, we are extremely happy with our beautiful new bathroom. I will definitely work with Top Level Construction again in the future (and I'm going to request for Constantine!) They are a really great team to work with. Thank you, Top Level Construction!

We had a water leak in our wall that penetrated into the floors of the kitchen and dinning area. I contacted their office, and received a quote very quickly. They are a wonderful company. I had four different areas to be repaired around the house. Dmytro came out and did the walk around assessment of the areas. I probably received proposal for the job. 3 days later Slavec was on site doing the job. He completed the work on time and to perfection. He was very polite and respectful, also leaving our place clean of any leftover discards. I will not hesitate to call again if I have a repair or Home Improvement project to be done. I reached out to Rudenko Construction from yelp last week Tuesday, I got a response super quick and the next day I got what I believe to be a reasonable quote from them. We put our deposit in and they came this past Wednesday for what was supposed to be a two day job changing a 10 foot long piece of siding out from wood to hardee board because we had wood rot. They finished in one day! They were super nice, very communicative and organized, clean and orderly. Their manager came to set them up, then came after to inspect and take our final payment. I usually am leery about hiring people we or one of our family or relatives don't know, so I'm so happy the high reviews on yelp were correct. They did a beautiful job and if I had to do another project I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

We hired Rudenko Construction, dba Top Level Construction, to fully renovate our daughters one-bedroom condoand we couldnt be happier with the results. The project included a full down-to-the-studs kitchen remodel, extensive work in the bathroom, complete removal of the unit's popcorn ceiling, new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, brand-new doors, and two fresh coats of paint on every wall. We got three bids, and Top Level was competitively priced. Their bid was also by far the most detailedalmost a line-item outline of the entire scope of workwhich gave us a clear understanding of what to expect and a lot of confidence in their process. They came out on a Thursday to look at the unit and had demo work underway by the following Tuesday. That quick turnaround and level of responsiveness gave us a great first impressionand they kept that momentum throughout the entire job. The crew, all Ukrainian craftsmen, were hardworking and professional. Their work ethic really stood out. Dima, the project manager, was fantasticalways in touch, always on top of the details, and great about communicating both progress and any unexpected issues as they came up. His professionalism and steady presence gave us a lot of peace of mind. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and just as important, the project was completed on schedule. Our daughter absolutely loves her new spaceit feels brand new and completely her own.
