At no point did I feel rushed or pushed into anything. Chris followed up with designs to make sure what was being done was exactly what I wanted, which I really appreciated. He was easy to work with, very understanding, and completely fair with pricing. Im extremely happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for quality work.

Cris literally raised the roof on our bathroom remodel. This room was an absolute dungeon; low ceiling, ran into the sink and toilet as soon as you walked in - just crammed. Hey, no shade to the previous owners, they made the most of what they had. Not only did Cris make this room more functional, he: - demoed the room with care, preserving the mural - replumbed the position of the toilet and sink to well-balanced and requested areas of the room, - replaced the claustrophobic shower-insert by expanding the section, - expertly laid the tile with creative design - replaced the awkward swing-in door with a pocket door installing a custom handle - apprised us of mold and mildew issues and mitigated futute growth - advised us on best practices and provided thoughtful considerations - raised the ceiling despite previous remodel plumbing errors Not to mention, he completed most of this work while we were traveling. The whole time, he kept us apprised of the project (pointing our possible snafus, asking relevant and considerate questions); mitigating concern, worry, and stress about what was happening or if the project would turn out right. Further, he provides thorough estimates, covering every aspect of the project and updates them as scope changes due to complexity in accordance with your awareness and acceptance. This man is not only a professional that puts his best foot forward with every step he takes, he has integrity, is honest, trustworthy, and has character of gold. If I ever have another project, Cris will forever be my guy. I am a DIY kind of lady, so I'm still working on touches, but check out the scope and detailed work of his craftsmanship.

Cris did an absolutely wonderful job of remodeling our entire bathroom! It was a typical 1970's bathroom that was turned into a modern, remarkable addition to our home. He along with his men, including his nephew, Victor, were very courteous and easy to work with. Cris even helped us to add different aspects to the bathroom that were not in place before. We were amazed with his creativity and compassion to design a unique, functional bathroom. We are very thankful that we used Cris to do our remodel!

Cris & his team were absolutely outstanding for our remodel. They transformed our bathroom, kitchen, living room & stairway better than we could have imagined. I work for a commercial general contractor & was suspicious of hiring a residential contractor. After meeting, interviewing & receiving quotes from 5 companies, it was clear that Cris was the right fit. He exceeded my expectations with communication, follow through & quality. We had him install intricate tile patterns that turned out beautiful & completely aligned. He custom built our kitchen table with an integrated cabinet & electrical. Our wood floors he refinished look spectacular. All of his work is top quality and done with care. He ensured everything was touched up and perfect before he left. We have no complaints. We have already referred him to our friends & plan on hiring him again when we remodel our master bathroom. We cant recommend him enough-he is simply the best. Update - We hired Cris and his team for our Master Bathroom Remodel. He was able to transform our alcove bathtub into a separate glass shower and freestanding bathtub. We again challenged him with a complex hexagon tile pattern, with a varying color pattern. The tile and craftsmanship is top notch. Cris attention to detail is second to none. We are so glad to have hired Cris for a second time and are thrilled at the finished product he produced. We would recommend him again to anyone looking for a high-end bath or kitchen remodel.

How fortunate we were to have found Chris Romo! He and his crew remodeled our Master Bathroom, Guest Bathroom and exercise room. We built a new house previously so we have a lot of experience working with subs and know when we have found a diamond in the rough. Chris attention to detail, communication, pricing and clean-up after was far more superb than our previous contractors. Chris himself is an excellent tile installer. We had some intricate designs which he took the time to make sure the job was done well. If you are fortunate enough as we were, book him while you can, even if you have to wait until he finishes with a current project. It will be worth the wait to get your project done nicely and with a really kind and professional contractor who works with you!
