Mike installed a new steel entry door and front storm door along with a back storm door on our 88-year-old house. With owning a house this age, there are always things that are unplanned that come with any job. Mike had some great ideas and was able to use things that we had on hand, rather than going out and adding to our expense. He worked very hard and I think the job was a little more challenging than he thought it was going to be. With this, he never added any extra to his estimate and never showed any kind of frustration. He was very, very reasonable and had a great deal of patience with what he had to work with. I would rehire him in a second and would encourage anyone who needs a good handyman in this area to give him a call. He redid my deck it looked very nice when he was done, but not quite one year later my deck started to peel, I called him he said he would come out and look at it, when he did not come out, I called him again and again, but he never returned my calls, all I want is for him to fix it.

Mike did outside painting as well as inside painting for us. He wrapped our garage with vinyl, too! Oh, and he hung a new light for us and was eager to do so. He was very professional and on time. He made sure everything was covered and cleaned up after the project. Its hard to find dependable people to complete projects around your house. He is one of the good ones!!! We will hire him again for future projects for sure! I would add pictures but they dont do it justice!

We wanted to build a cedar pergola, called several contractors only a couple responded. Called Mike @ Rogers & Daughter Home Repair, Responded quickly came out to look at the project, gave us an estimate the same day, we accepted the quote ,gave us a start date was on time, worked long hours even Sat. Was professional , prompt, and did just what we wanted, made a few changes along the way, but never complained. Awesome job all the way around. Would recommend Mike and his crew to anyone. Completely unprofessional! We had several no call no shows. Took an entire day to place one sheet of drywall on the ceiling that was not even the right thickness and was not even placed correctly. Had to let go and hire a real professional before more of a mess was done to my project. After which he was threatening further showing the level of unprofessional demeanor. Your response shows your level of ignorance you didnt even use the right thickness for the ceiling plus you put the one piece up that took you two weeks to do wrong so glad we went with real pros sorry not sorry

We had a leak in our bathroom wall and were not looking forward to having the bathroom torn apart to repair it. Mike gave us an estimate which we accepted, decided on a date to do the work, and were very happy that he arrived on time ready to work. He removed 50 year old tile and replaced it perfectly. His grout removal and replacement was immaculate. Would definitely recommend this contractor.

I had just moved to Manitowoc and bought a lovely old house that needed some updates. I had quite a list of things that varied from installing railings on exterior stairs and various inside work from mounting a tv and hiding the cords to placing weatherstripping on a drafty door and a host of small things in-between. Mike did a great job repairing our rood. Another company installed our roof a few years ago and did a terrible job, we had multiple places that would leak each time it rained. When that company wouldn't fix, it we hired Rogers and Daughters to do the repair. Mike worked long hours to ensure the roof was no longer leaking, and followed up with us a few weeks after to make sure we were happy with it. We are. We will be using Rogers and Daughters again soon for our bathroom remodel.
