I scheduled an estimate for some water damage repair, and up until they wouldnt provide an itemized document that my insurance company found acceptable, things seemed to be going well. Poor communication resulted in cancelling the order potential consequences for my claim. Be careful!

We were verbally quoted for 3k for a project and I received an electronic invoice reflecting that amount. After the job was completed I was informed that there was. $1600 material fee missing from the original invoice and it was demanded that I pay it. Eventually the person I was talking gave me a discount but I still paid $825 more than originally quoted. I have tried numerous times to contact the head office by phone and email but a week and a half later they have not responded. One of the main reasons I contacted this company is because they have quite a few positive reviews on google. So I was really surprised by how everything unfolded. After doing a little more digging I noticed they had nothing but 1 star reviews on other websites and negative comments on BBB.

Rogers Drywall And Painting Services did a great job. I got other estimates and they all said that they couldn't compete with the price for what they were going to do. They power washed the area. They prepped it. They were on time! They were neat! My house looks great! Thanks Rogers Drywall And Painting Services for a job well done!

Rogers Drywall And Painting Services did a great job on our home. Garry was extremely easy to work with and flexible on his scheduling. He was the primary painter on the job and made us feel confident everything would get done the way we wanted. I would highly recommend utilizing this company.

Rogers Drywall And Painting Services was by far the best of the best. Their attention to detail, timeliness, and quality of work were unmatched. They did a ton of prep to ensure my home would look its best. The foreman on the job, was talented, hard-working and incredibly polite. Crash was recommended by friends and for sure I'll do the same. Best paint, best people, best results.

This company is terrible. They show up 2 hours late because the technician said he had car trouble which is fine but no calls until he was a half hour away still. Then i tell him to come back the next day and they are another hour late. Then I get phone call 2 days later from a guy trying to see if his technician ever showed up after we spoke and the tech already gave me a price. All of this would be forgivable had they waived the technician fee. Instead they threaten me through several phone calls and tell me they are going to collections for their $69. Unbelievable, dont use them

We had the worst experience with this companys techs being on time and their collections department. Their collections attempted to bully us into paying by threatening a Lein on our home when we asked to have our issue escalated to management. The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. I have never reviewed a company before, but wanted to save anyone the heart ache of this company. There are many other companies in our metro that have honest business ethics and company does not.

Joe and his team were amazing. They showed up when they said they would, they stayed until job was finished, they fixed a very difficult job that another contractor had botched badly, and they left everything cleaner than they found it. Really couldnt ask for more. Super thankful for their patience and professionalism!

After one of their contractors no called no showed they said they'd call us back to reschedule and never did. When we called it was a toss up on whether the person answering the phone was competent enough to find our account. Don't waste your time or money, they set us back several weeks.

No call no showed, said oh we suspended your estimator, and he never put you on the schedule. We'll call you later today to set up a new start. Never heard anything. Called several times, finally gave up and moved on to a different company. Still haven't heard from them 10 days after my original start date.

These guys were excellent. They started on our job right away - removing textured ceiling, removing old wallpaper from the walls, repairing any cracks/holes, and then priming and painting both the ceiling and walls. They got the job done way faster than I expected and they did an amazing job. They communicated what they were doing each day and let us know right away if there was a change to the original plan/quote. They were reasonably priced as well and cleaned up when they were finished. We will 100% be doing business with Rogers again. Thanks!

This company is a scam. They are a 3rd party/call center whose business model is to broker out painters who they then sub contract. They will make an appointment with you, and if they cannot source a painter to sub-contract out to, they will call you and cancel last minute / same day.... Whilst requiring that their customer puts aside a ridiculous 4-hour window of availability for. My advice: Avoid this clown "company" at all costs, and hire them at your own risks. Better to find a reliable painter/small business that you can know and trust.

I have no clue how this business has good reviews. They will make you pay $79 for a bid and then never provide one. Its been 15 days and they are refusing to give a refund. The call center claims "a manager will need to call you," but no one will call. I've paid another company to come out and haven't had an issue. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy.

The two servicemen from this company were amazing! They removed terrible 25 year old wallpaper from two bathrooms and the kitchen in our home, repaired the drywall and gave the walls new texture with a perfect match in paint to the rest of the house. We are very grateful for their prompt response and professionalism. Hats off!!
