Robinson Paints did an excellent job on my house. My only complaint was that I had a somewhat small job, but it took a very long time (months) to be scheduled because it had to wait for dry days. To be fair, they did warn me about this. Otherwise, the whole experience was good. The sales guy was knowledgeable and gave me some good options to consider. The project manager did the initial walk around to confirm scope and discuss details. The office staff was prompt to respond, clear, and helpful. Most importantly, the actual painter did an amazing job. I'm rather persnickety, but the painter didn't miss a single thing, cleaned up everything, etc.

Quality is good and the team was very responsive anytime we had a question or concerns. We had some disappointments along the way that delayed the completion date. There were two teams that came out to do the work. The first team failed to properly document or take pictures of the cabinet hardware installed prior to removing the cabinet doors. This caused the second team and myself, the homeowner, to guess how some hardware should be reinstalled since the paint covered existing holes. Some hardware pieces went missing and needed to be purchased. Unfortunately, attention to detail needs to improve. I had to point out rough surfaces, cracks on doors and damaged new cabinet handles, etc. These should have been checked by supervisor before informing the customer they are done. Yes, we are given 2 weeks to check closely if anything needs to be addressed before closing out the job but simple and obvious issues should not be left to the customer to point out. Im only guessing part of the misses could have been due to the holiday rush. Trying to get things done before Xmas. We are enjoying the new color in the kitchen and living spaces. Certainly modernized the look and brought in brightness to the rooms, especially in winter months. I would recommend them, but my advice is to make sure to take pictures of everything that will be removed (inside and out) to ensure there is something to go by when reinstalling the cabinet doors or drawers.

Robinson Paints did a great job painting the exterior of our house in mid-August 2025. Nate Robinson was very flexible in negotiating on price, which included an additional request after the contract had been signed and painting had started. They came out after the job was nearly complete to verify everything had been done per our agreement. Arnoldo and Joel from their assigned paint crew were very easy to work with. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Joel took extra care when painting the front door to make sure my wifes selected red color really stood out. I would HIGHLY recommend Robinson Paints for anyone in the area looking to get their house painted.

I give this entire experience from bid by Nate to Robinson Paint staff and paint crew a 5+ rating! My original house is 70 years old with two newer additions! The job started earlier than expected and was meticulous in all phases! Damaged area was repaired perfectly and crew was respectful and reliable the entire time they were here! New fridge water line failed and we were facing water damage in 6 rooms total. I called Robinson on a Sunday morning and Marlyn came out shortly after to assess the damage. Jesus W, Hector, Jose, and Josue came out over the course of 10 days to remove cabinets, walls, and floors and set up their equipment to get everything dry. They were polite and communicated well with us. The demo itself was a surprisingly clean process! Clearly, they know their work. Great job guys, would highly recommend!

Robinson Paints did a great job with our full exterior house painting project and they will be the first company we think of the next time we have a big painting project. We are happy with the quality of the painting and the professional service they provided us. We appreciate that their sales representative, Brian, was able to provide us with a detailed estimate immediately after talking with us about the project. He provided an explanation of how they will do the project, addressed my concerns, and gave me a fair quote. Their customer care coordinator, Daniella, provided us with a homeowner portal and made sure we did the things we needed to do before the project started. We were undecided about our new color selections and received help from their color consultant, Ieva. She listened to our ideas and concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and helped us decide on paint colors. Their production manager, Robin, visited us with their painter to confirm the project plan and paint colors. The weather was perfect that week and they were able to start immediately. They were done with the project within four days. The painters were all polite and did excellent work preparing, painting, and cleaning. After the painting was done, members of their team contacted me to do a final walkthrough and make sure the painting met their quality standard as well as our expectations. Our house looks great and we are happy with the final product. Robinson Paints made things easy with the least amount of stress on us possible. We appreciate their professionalism, fair pricing, reassuring service, and quality workmanship.

We purchased a new home and had Robinson paint the entire interior, refinish kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and power wash the exterior. Robinson also painted the exterior trim on new windows. Their workmanship was at the highest level. They were neat and tidy and accommodated us living in the home during the entire project. They had to repair multiple drywall areas, and the repairs were well done - virtually invisible after texturing and painting. We noticed some cracking in the paint on the kitchen cabinetry several weeks after they were done, and Robinson addressed the problem immediately. The cause was uncertain, but they refinished all of the affected cabinets. We will certainly plan to call Robinson if/when we need any additional work.
