We hired Riavv Construction for an addition that one of my father-in-law needed. They pulled the permits and helped us with the foundation and framing. We did the paint and the drywall, but they helped us with anything structural and pulling the permit. The masonry work was clean and very crafty. The framing went smoothly throughout the whole process. My only issue was with the materials. It was communicated better than I would have liked, but everything was clear, and in the end, the problems were resolved. Overall, my experience with them was excellent! I will highly recommend

The house was built in the 70s and desperately needed updating. A large portico was added to the front entrance and the house was re-sided in grey with white trim around the windows and doors. I had an excellent experience with Riavv Construction's team. Ricardo was a true professional, embodying the values of the company impressively. He was honest and did not make unrealistic promises to secure the job, a refreshing change from my past experiences. The crew skillfully completed the interior framing I required, rectifying previous errors made by other contractors and ensuring everything was up to code, which was particularly evident during the demolition process. Their expertise in adhering to building codes was evident. Notably, the master framer's approach on the first day was impressive. He thoroughly inspected the site, marking necessary work directly on the studs with orange spray paint, creating a clear and efficient plan for the team. This method of working, including a check-off system as tasks were completed, was both unique and highly effective. Beyond framing, they also expertly installed a sliding door, including creating a new opening for it. The precision of their work, achieving a mere 1/16 tolerance, was remarkable, especially in framing. I'm so satisfied with their work that I've already requested quotes for additional projects around my house. I highly recommend Riavv Construction for their exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail.
