This is the second review I do on this company, the first was in the office in atlanta.. i call this office and try to get in contact with todd dad and the secretary said if he doesn't call you, just call todd but todd has ignore every message and email I sent and now I see that his dad does the same thing.. dont hired residential drywall for any reason, they dont pay there sub contracters, all they do is hired new ones.. if you want to avoid problems dont hired them at this location and the one in atlanta..

Quality work done quickly with upfront and honest pricing. Plumber cut a section out of the wall to fix my water intake pipe. Saw Residential Drywall's reviews and called to see what they could do to help. They came over at my first availability and by the time I'd gone to work and come home I'd forgotten the hole was ever there. Professional, friendly service. Got what I paid for and more. Can't recommend enough.

I wouldn't usually say a water leak in the ceiling is a no-stress situation, but that is exactly what it was when I called Todd Parker. He was recommended to me through a friend and took care of everything so fast and efficiently I was quite shocked. It looks completely brand new like nothing had ever happened! He is my number one recommendation for anything drywall.

Todd was great! On time, professional, easy to communicate with. Our building (the Plaza, high rise in midtown) can be tricky to navigate, but they made the trip with all the equipment look easy.

Todd's crew knocked out and put in a new wall and closets in four long days with a lot of careful door framing/molding work. My century old house apparently has no right angles but they made it all work and they delivered ahead of schedule. This was super important as I only had a narrow window of time before my family returned and we needed the space. They incorporated some vintage doors I had or purchased and I guess some non-standard light fixtures. No problem. No complaints. I would definitely work with them in the future.

I found Todd through an online home repair service. He responded quickly and came out on the weekend to assess the job. He quickly followed up with a fair quote to do the job. He had to patch the drywall where several lights had been and then close up the ceiling after some structural beams were put in. He was quick, had great communication, and treated the project like he was doing it for his own home. You don't find many people who are as invested as Todd is in making sure he exceeds your expectations. I will certainly be using him in the future and you should do yourself a favor and give him a call as well.
