RENOVA Construction came across our radar during an exhaustive search for a team to remodel our old, sad and not so functional master bath. From the outset, RENOVA and TJ seemed like a gift too good to be true. We ultimately ended up with our new bathroom, a brand new kitchen, along with other small modifications around the home that made big improvements. TJ and his team are the epitome of integrity, quality, commitment and professionalism. Personally, and professionally, we could not have asked for a better experience. From the first phone call, we knew we found something special. The entire process from planning to shopping (yes, he shops with you to help and make sure it all works!) to execution and clean up, from our perspective, was seamless. We know it takes hard, constant work to make that happen. TJ and RENOVA did it all. We never had to worry about anything. A three month remodel (from demo) seemed effortless. No stress, worry-free-because TJ handled it all with ease and grace. Every single day, his team showed up on time. Communication was constant. Our home and our family were all treated with the utmost respect and care. Our home was cleaned every night and thoroughly before weekends... no small task with construction dirt! A strict schedule was created and honored. Minor updates were made known and never affected the work or the final completion projected date. The quality is unsurpassable and the outcome was more functional, beautiful and simply artistic than we could have dreamed. We will actually miss having TJ and his team in our home. You honestly can't tell where the old house ends and the new construction begins because that's how incredible their work is. Tonya handled all the permitting and structural planning. We hired Renova to convert our patio into a fully permitted home addition, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication alone sets them apart; if I ever reached out with a question or concern, I had a response almost immediately. Todd and Danny were our main points of contact, and they were both fantastic. The project involved everything needed to bring the space up to code as a true living area, including framing, electrical, A/C, tiling, texturing, and finishing work. Every phase was clearly explained, well coordinated, and professionally executed. We also had them pour us a new patio with a tile finish; and that came out way better than we ever expected. We purposely wanted the windows at specific spots due to how we planned to use the room - and they got it on point. Black also isn't everyone's cup of tea, but they came through and gave us what we had in mind. From inside the house, our tile matches perfectly and the addition feels like it was part of the original floorplan. Like any renovation, there were a few small things that needed adjustments along the way, but what impressed us most was how quickly and proactively they handled them. Nothing was brushed off or delayed - they were on top of every detail until it was done right. The process felt organized, transparent, and low-stress, which is rare for a project of this size. When they finished our patio conversion, we actually had them do a few more smaller projects throughout out house since everything went so well (replacing some cabinets, new interior doors, etc). Were extremely happy with the final result and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Renova to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and high-quality renovation team.

We had been referred to Renova by a friend who had given them rave reviews on a major remodel at their home. We were certainly not disappointed! From the inception of the project with Helga as our designer, we were kept informed of the progress and what the schedule would be. We had a bit of a hiccup at the beginning of the project as our project manager left the company and we were assigned a new project manager Brandon who was excellent. We were a bit concerned how this would affect the project, but that was an unwarranted concern. Brandon stepped in seamlessly and led the remainder of the project beautifully. One thing I appreciated about the way Brandon managed our job was a real time calendar he left at our home so I knew when different projects would be worked on and subcontractors would be arriving at the house. It can be tough to "live" through a remodel at your home when you are actually living there, but this made it quite manageable and helped eliminate surprise arrivals. I really appreciated this a my is a stay at home mom. Also, all the subcontractors we worked with were terrific - very qualified and professional. Our remodel was a bit complicated because of the odd angles in our kitchen, but Brandon and the rest of the team really helped give us great advice and direction so as to ensure the kitchen functioned for us as well as looked nice aesthetically. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Renova to anyone who needs a quality remodeling or renovation project.

Your team told us in August the project would be done October 1st and it was. I still cant believe that one. Of the many crews that worked on our house, through demolition, foundation work, framing, sheet-rocking, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, siding, roofing, painting, flooring, woodwork and millwork... Danny seemed to be hands-on in nearly every phase. What an asset to your team he is! His patient professionalism, sense of accountability with other crews, follow-through, attention to detail, and great respect for the fact that my family had to live in this house during everything was really incredible. So much could have gone wrong, or made it very difficult for our family to stay in the house during all this, but Danny went over and above with the many details of the job so we would be the least inconvenienced. Danny just impressed the heck out of us. Your staff was very helpful in keeping our financial and design pieces in good shape, and we just loved both of these talented employees. I know I am leaving someone out, but in general everyone we worked with at Renova was fabulous. After months of exploring, discussing and reviewing various companies, we selected Renova as the contractor for our home remodel project. We were adding 50% more area to our existing home with new bed/bath/family rooms, upgrading an existing bathroom, removing a brick fireplace and a few other smaller things. Since week 3 of our 13-week project, we have been referring him to any friend who was looking for a contractor. Here are the things we would like to highlight for what we got (and judging by so many reviews online, what you will get too): Integrity: Renova walked the talk every step of the way that got us comfortable that he is doing the right thing by us, and in the right way. One example: We had inadvertently given an extra weekly payment check to him. It may have probably been months, if at all, for us to have noticed it. However, Jen from Renova proactively reached out to us and cleared this up with us. Project Timeliness: Our project was happening in the middle of the summer with all the supply chain challenges. Windows needing 4 months, and a door with 6 months lead time are just a couple of examples. Renova's anticipation of the challenges and pushing us for example to order the doors and windows on Day 1 after we got the city permits was much needed (If they tell you to get something by a date, please do it; else, you will be the one gating your project; not them!). Renova plans and sequences the work of his various teams very efficiently. Todd got us so used to having someone at work in our house that the few days where it was silent felt very odd even it was to wait for city inspectors, or materials to arrive etc... We moved into our home within 1 week of the committed time; and even that delay was not because of Renova but because of delays in our finished materials coming in etc. Communication: Renova is super responsive to communication via email, text and in person. We cannot recollect any big or small situations where Todd or someone on their team did not get back to us within a day. The weekly in-person meetings really do work well. If you are well prepared with your list of things to discuss, it will help you (Todd will always come with his list and be prepared). Costs: Overall as Todd himself will tell you Renova is not the cheapest general contractor but he is also not on the high side of costs. After reviewing a few quotes, we felt his quote stayed true to what he said. Change orders are where contractors make their profits this is what we have heard time and again from many people. Over the course of all the change orders that needed to be completed, we found Renova's quotes to be consistently fair and reasonable. All of the above would mean nothing if the quality of work was not good quality. And this is an area where Renova's team really excels in delivering very high-quality work.

Not only does it look good at first glance, but if you look closely, you can see that the work is done with excellence. The painting is perfect with completely smooth walls & ceiling and perfect lines for ceiling cut-in and trim. The cabinets, flooring, doors, and molding are straight and square and there are no gaps where there shouldnt be. In addition to looking good, everything works exactly as it should. HVAC, plumbing, and electric were all re-worked correctly, to code, and with the proper permits & inspections. From the time of my initial inquiry to the time we received a detailed quote was a total of about two weeks (included an in-person meeting at my home). The quote was itemized with several choices provided so that we could make educated decisions on the final project. After we decided on the final project, they helped us pick out all the materials and colors which kept a potentially difficult task very easy. They already knew the right placement for lighting, so we didnt need to figure that out on our own. I really appreciated that he vacuumed the dust while sanding, which prevented it from travelling to other parts of the house. They often worked late (with our permission), but switched to quiet jobs in the late evening so as to not disturb anyone. They kept the refuse from being in the way or being an eye-sore by having the demo company come pick it up a few times throughout the job instead of keeping a big dumpster in the driveway. Renova was extremely easy to communicate with as well. They always answered texts and emails quickly and completely. Nothing was forgotten or done in a different way than requested. I HIGHLY recommend Todd, Brad, Brandon, Danny and Renova for your next project! You would be very fortunate to have them be the one to do it for you.

Recently, I purchased an home in Boca Raton. Prior to moving, we decided to do a major remodel of the house - new flooring and paint throughout, upgrade all the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Paint all the cabinets and a few other upgrades. I looked at various websites that provided reviews of local contractors. After doing some research, we selected Renova General Contractors. Over the next couple of weeks, I worked very closely with one of the partners of their company Todd, to develop a plan for the work we desired. Todd's initial one day ballpark estimate matched very closely with the final design estimate. Work was scheduled to start approx. 6 weeks after signing of the contract. During those 6 weeks, I worked closely with two people in his office (Jen & Miranda) to detail the plan project, make the design phase complete and precise. Coordination with Renova was excellent - they worked out all the details and were very responsive to all my questions. Demo started 2 weeks earlier than initially scheduled. Very observable progress was made every time I visited the site. My neighbors confirmed they saw daily activity. We were very pleased with the demo and construction process: - The project was completed with excellent quality, particularly the painting, flooring, and millwork, which exceeded expectations. Communication and coordination were clear and proactive, with frequent check-ins to confirm details. The team was friendly, honest, and solution-oriented, openly addressing any issues. Costs closely matched the original estimate without surprise charges, the payment schedule was fair, and the work was finished within the promised 1012-week timeframe. I have heard many horror stories about dealing with contractors/subcontractors in a home remodel project. I can honestly say that I had none of that with Renova. Throughout the entire process, they were truthful and honest with me with an end result of excellent quality and exactly what we wanted. It was truly a pleasure to work with Renova, Todd and the rest of the team. I would highly recommend them for any major home general contracting, remodeling or renovation work.

Throughout the construction phase we had an excellent project manager from Todd's team, Danny Parapar. Danny met with us every week and we had a chance to communicate what we were thinking, and he always let us know ahead of time if there was any issue that might incur additional expense. Danny had the respect of the construction team and was always ready and able to resolve any issue. For example, when we were debating whether or not to re-stucco the entire exterior of the house versus just certain areas, he was able to give us estimates of the costs and help us make a good decision. Everton and his team also did a great job finding a solution for air conditioning in our home. A perfect solution for us, and again, met our budget. I think what is very important is that whenever we had a question or a problem, we could pick up the phone and get an immediate response from Todd or Danny. In addition, we felt we had the HIGHEST quality woodworkers, carpenters, and cabinetmakers on our job. EVERYONE on that team was upbeat, obviously liked their job, and did excellent work. Finally, we were pleased to see that at the end of every work day, the project areas were neat and clean. Each person on that team had a personal work ethic that made sure we, as owners, didnt have to worry about safety, cleanliness, or waste disposal. We would highly recommend Renova to anyone contemplating a home construction project. Working with such ethical, committed, and budget-conscious people was a true delight, and we are living in our dream house thanks to their hard work, vision, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Once construction has commenced the process moves smoothly concerning schedule, submittals, and all communication required with me, our design team, and the end user of the leasable space. Construction of our commercial tenant improvements occur mostly in occupied buildings. Excessive noise and dust is a by-product of this type of work and a landlords potential nightmare. Renova General Contractors has the noisy work completed in after-hours fashion so not to disturb our existing tenants. Hallway corridors, flooring, and bathrooms are kept clean to the point that one would not necessarily know a construction project was at hand. This was essentially a gut / remodel of a 2500 square foot condominium in Boca that is a part time residence for us. My wife and I were very concerned about trying to accomplish the renovation remotely from our full time home. Renova was one of several general contractors that we interviewed, and I spoke personally with several of their references before selecting them. Renova's clients spoke glowingly about working with them, and I am very happy to say that our experience was equally as good. Danny, who we worked very closely with on budget estimates turned out to be very accurate, and the quality of the work was excellent. Its a heavy lift to find a general contractor and interior design company to put your ideas of your dream remodel project into an executable plan that you and your family feel suits your needs and wants. We found Renova general contractors, Todd and his team on the web searching for general contractors in Delray Beach. They responded to our initial inquiry immediately and honestly the entire project followed the same kind of responsiveness. After our first walk through of the project with Todd I found him to be a man of integrity who would stand by his word during the entire project. He did not waver from what he promised and he delivered on every one of those promises. If you have ever attempted a project as complex as a total home renovation you know that there are so many things that can go wrong. Todd always kept me in the loop in terms of when we had to adjust plans and pricing, to pick out fixtures, countertops, cabinets, flooring, etc which helped to keep the job on schedule. After meeting with several contractors including some that were referred to me by friends or neighbors I chose Todd because I felt that he had the right temperament to deal proactively with all the sub-contractors and the city of Delray Beach with the permitting process. As it turned out he managed the project very well and even though there were so many changes that occurred throughout the process, he kept it moving forward on a steady course to a most satisfactory conclusion. I highly recommend Renova general contractors not only for their workmanship, but also for the high integrity that Todd and his entire staff brought day in and day out. I am a straightforward person who talks in plain english and so does Todd. I found this experience to be very successful and I can tell you that both my wife and I could not be happier with the final results of this three and half month long project. All of our specifications and all expectations were met and then some. One of the biggest issues around a project of this size is what happens after its conclusion. We recently had Renova Contractors do renovation work for us. The jobs included tiling a hallway and bathroom in the lower level, building a complete new bathroom off of the master bedroom, including a new walk-in shower, new vanity and new floor tile. We also had them install two new exit doors with steps, and a new custom made steel pivot door in the main entry. All of the work performed by Renova was simply outstanding. TJ was attentive throughout the entire job. He was right on top of every detail and is an excellent communicator about each aspect of the installation. His explanations were such that an unskilled person could easily understand what was going to be done. Likewise, the various crews that TJ uses are very skillful and respectful of the job and the home. The new master bathroom is just stunning. The walk-in shower is a masterpiece of design and detail. Our new vanity is also beautiful and functional. The cabinetry is top quality and integrates the granite countertops with the finish of the cabinets. He basically doubled the size of the room and made the room much more user friendly with tons of additional storage. Our bathroom in the lower level was carpeted, and the vanity was so very small and so very short it was laughable. We had Renova install new toilets, new vanities, new floor tile, new tile in a long hallway exiting the bathroom, and finally had tile placed upon the ceiling of the bathtub shower built in. So it is as if we have two completely new bathrooms and we are so very proud of both. One of the most important qualities for a construction company is the way in which the follow up details are handled. TJ is one who makes every detail and concern his top priority. He responds immediately to a phone call and makes it his personal business to see that you the consumer are completely satisfied. We know that our next renovation job no matter what it may be will be done through Renova Contractors because we trust their work and trust TJ and his team completely.

Renova remodeled our primary bathroom, and the whole experience was genuinely awesome. They helped us rework the layout to make better use of the space, installed a new walk in shower with beautiful tile, and added custom built in shelving and upgraded lighting which turned out really great. Everyone on the team was super respectful, always on time and kept the space as clean as possible during the project, which isn't always the case when doing projects like this.. "TJ" Todd did a terrific job in meeting with my wife and I to better understand our goals of the remodeling project. We did get estimates from other contractors, but Todd was the only one who spent a lot of time with specific issues, taking intricate measurements, and actually asking us a lot of questions. The project was not simple, and only Todd really explained the issues and possible difficulties upfront. He seemed to be very interested in our happiness with the project as a family, rather than just treating it as another construction project. The design team, lead by Helga and Steve, came up with some amazing plans that no other firm or architect had even proposed. The ability to come up with such a dramatic design and implement its flawless construction still leaves us amazed. Their construction team was always polite, clean, and professional. Their lead person, Danny, was always amenable to changes, and revisions as the project proceeded. Everyone was very courteous to our family needs while the project was ongoing. Smooth coordination of updates/ordering/billing from Jenny at the office staff. Truly incredible home remodeling. Dramatic difference to the appearance and function of the house. Tremendous curb-side appeal from before. We have had no construction-related problems. I would more than happily recommend them.

Their schedule was fully committed when we first contactacted them and couldn't immediately take on our project; however they kept us updated on their schedule, availability and tentative start date for our remodel. We are so happy that we found RENOVA Contractors and Remodeling! Of the list of contractors we originally started with, RENOVA was actually the only one who didnt come from a personal reference, but their reviews online were so good and consistent that we added them to our list. In the end, they were the most responsive to our initial questions and request for a bid and that ultimately our decision to use them was an easy one (we started with a list of 5 contractors). We used them to add an addition to our house, remodel the kitchen and add a mudroom/powder room. A few things really set them apart. First, they were and are so incredibly responsive. Texts, emails, calls were all returned quickly. Everton was our project manager and always found time to stop by, even if it meant coming over the weekend or in the evening to accommodate our work schedules. I felt comfortable sending him a quick text whenever I had a question, and he always got right back to me. Some of the contractors I was given from friends were hardly responsive enough for me to get a consult or a bid. Almost all the other contractors we met with never even followed up with us after providing a bid. That really shocked me considering how much money we were investing in our house. Even now, I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to Everton if I had a question and our remodel was completed months ago. Secondly, Everton and his crew came up with several creative and cost-cutting ideas to help me achieve the look I wanted, while staying within budget. Reusing a door, building out shelving, and even helping me come up with a way to save my beautiful old oak floors that I didnt want to replace. The end result is beautiful and we love our new addition and kitchen. Investing in our home and using RENOVA was the best decision we couldve made. Lastly and most importantly, RENOVA and all of their staff are truly just kind, decent, hard-working, credible and reliable. You hire a contractor to do work in your home, you are inviting them into your life for an extended period of time. I didnt take it lightly that whoever we hired would be in and out of my house for months, interacting with my kids and creating a space that my family would enjoy for many, many years ahead. Everton and his crew couldnt have been nicer or more accommodating. He seems to work 24 hours a day, but always made us feel like we were his only project. Downsides? We experienced a couple of delays, but that was more due to outside companies (the gas company needing to move our meter was a huge frustration and a delay with our cabinet makers). Again, Everton and his crew never left us hanging or were delayed in responding to our questions or concerns. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend these guys!
