We had some punchlist items we needed addressed ASAP since we had to put our house on the market extremely quickly. Travis and his team came out almost immediately, gave us a very fair quote, and got to work right away. He installed vents, patched walls, replaced garage motors, hauled bulky trash, pressure washed, fixed our bathroom from the ceiling to the grout, etc etc - he does it all. I found out later he also cleans gutters and I was kicking myself for hiring someone else to do that. The couple of things he couldnt do, he found other qualified professionals for us to handle the issue next-day. Would highly highly recommend Travis and RRR.

I was blown away with the care and professional work Travis did in my rental uniit. I called him on a Friday as another contractor called and cancelled his appointment. I told Travis I had a home inspection on Saturday and he took the time on a late Friday evening to come out and repair what was needed but also make suggestions on what else needed to be done and did it below the cost I had expected. I will only use RRR in the future

I'd like to thank Rapid Repairs and Renovations and Travis Mogush for the fantastic job they did painting my mothers home. My father passed away a year ago and my mother decided it was time to get her home ready to put on the market so she could downsize. I live out of town, but was responsible for hiring and coordinating contractors to get my mother's home ready to sell. While I was visiting Knoxville for a week, I met with four different painting companies. Travis was who we chose. Travis had a sincere interest in the project and I could tell had a eagles eye when it came to attention to detail. During the time he and his crew was painting the home and I had left town, he was very considerate of my mothers needs and it was easy for my mother to continue her day to day routine while they were there. Also, it was easy to communicate with Travis and he would clarify with me if he had questions about our needs. After we talked over the phone, he promptly setup a meet at our house, was there when agreed, gave us ideas and we got a detailed, written quote and contract. Once we agreed, the whole project was done in the promised time-frame, professionally. He AND his team were always careful, looked for the details, had good suggestions, did not cut any corner. They did a spotless job. As a side note: when you talk to him, you feel that he takes pride in their work, give you options. If you need a true professional, hire Travis.
