Gerardo was very nice to work with. He came and gave me the estimate on time, had a variety of samples for me to choose from, and got to work quickly to replace my old granite countertops with quartz. He and his crew were respectful and kind. They estimated that the job would take six hours and they were true to their word. I believe that I got a very fair price from them. This is a trustworthy company.

I used to work in the trades, and currently work in property insurance, so I have years of experience with various contractors in similar situations, and I was constantly and genuinely impressed by this company. We used RG Construction last summer after we had significant leaking into the house during heavy rains. They were far more responsive, communicative, and reliable than any other contractor I spoke with. Rick inspected and advised us that there was extensive raccoon damage. When the adjuster was scheduled to come, Rick made it a priority to be present. Scheduling the replacement was very easy, and true to their word they arrived early, worked diligently, and were finished and tidied by the end of the day. We had problems with the insurance company that resulted in the final payment not being sent until nearly 4 months after the job was complete. It would've been very easy for them to come after us for full payment right away, but instead, they made a point of working to provide us with the information and support we needed to get the issue resolved. We wholeheartedly recommend them, not only for the quality and diligence of their work, but for the character of the way they do business.
