Thank you very much Qute Insulation, and a special shout out to the owner Mr.Derrick for the great job done! We had been having problems controlling the temperature in our server room. This has led to our network crashing multiple times a week this summer. After sharing with Mr.Derrick our predicament and how important it was to have a reliable network, he quickly identified the problem and knocked the job out with his guys. I am very proud to say it has now been nearly a month with no network crashes! So much better than the daily hassle it once was. Thank you again Mr.Derrick and Qute Insulation!

Edited: I received a call from the owner, Derrick, 40 mins after our scheduled appointment of 9AM. He called and told me he could show up in 40 mins. I took the morning off work so I agreed to meet with him. Again, this is well after the 9AM appointment where he/they were a no show. Once he showed up, he tried to upsell me on insulation for ducts that are already insulated. I called the HVAC guy (in front of Derrick) and the HVAC tech said no additional insulation was required for the ducts. Then Derrick got an attitude and decided to leave. I told him what we wanted and showed him the blueprints. A minute or so after he left, he returned and asked me why I gave him a one star review. After explaining the reason for my review, he became belligerent and said I dont want your business and then started taking pictures of my house, car, and car license plates. As he was driving away, he was yelling obscenities. This is terrible behavior for a business owner. Terrible! Taking pictures of someones house, car, and car license plates because you dont know how to conduct business is absurd! The owner is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Original post: I had a 9AM appointment with this company for which no one from this company showed up to. I contacted their office and the woman taking the calls kept hanging up on me saying she was trying to forward the calls. After the 3rd attempt, and me calling her back to tell her I wasnt being forwarded to his phone, she said he must still be sleep but Ill have him give you a call when he calls me back. A true inconsiderate waste of time.

This company was very professional, and knowledgeable. When they came to my home there was alot I didn't know about insulation. I came to know that my home didn't have the proper insulation in my attic/ roofing . I always wondered why it was so cold on the winter. He did a foam insulation, and when I tell you it worked wonders it truly did. I don't have to turn my heat or air conditioning all the way up to fell comfort!
