Kevin Weglarz was a real Pro!! He not only did painting on the small scuffs we had, but he also fixed a spot where the taping on the drywall was separating. He adjusted all the doors that were hanging up and there were over a dozen of them! He redid the caulking around all the countertops that were separating as well. He even adjusted on of the kitchen cabinets where the doors were not matching up. He deserves more than five stars!!! Thanks Kevin!

We cant say enough about the the highly skilled people and the professional services of ProDrywall. During the first 18 months in our new construction home our master bath ceiling had recurring cracks as the trusses shifted and settled. They worked diligently and repeatedly to determine the underlying issue and resolve it before retexturing and painting. The result is perfect. Wed like to particularly recognize the friendliness and great communication of LAURA in scheduling, the skillfulness of RAMIRO in solving the repeated cracking and his beautiful retexturing job, and finally the flawless and incredibly neat ceiling painting by JONAH. Although the process took a while, we couldnt be more grateful with the result.

Extremely disappointed with this company. We scheduled a service to fix nail pops and other touch-ups that are clearly covered under warranty, including cracks in our home in Shakopee. But the technician who showed up had an attitude from the moment he arrived. He flat-out refused to address anything but nail pops, even though the warranty clearly includes more. He was dismissive, sarcastic, and unprofessionalsmirking and saying things like If you want me to leave, Ill leave, right from the beginning. Clearly, he had no intention of doing the work he was sent to do. We ended up having to stop the work and send him away due to his behavior. To make matters worse, when I contacted the Pro Team to report this, they didnt bother listening to anything I had to say. They just canceled the appointment without helping resolve the issue and will speak with Lennar. For the amount of money weve paid, this kind of arrogant, careless service is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, proper communication, and technicians who actually stand by the companys warranty and do their jobs and do proper communication with us.
