John Plewa and his crew did extensive work for us on two houses. The work included painting, tile work, plumbing, and more. They did a great job! Most importantly, there was no drama. There were no surprise costs, and they showed up on time and did high quality work. Whenever there was an issue, we spoke with John, and he worked with us to make things right. Im very glad be hired them and will call them if we need anything in the future. Hire them if you want someone honest and straightforward, who does high quality work for a reasonable cost.

We originally scheduled flooring to be installed through a big-box store and had to wait three months for the work to be scheduled, only to be told when the installers arrived that they couldn't do the job. I called John on a Wednesday and he arrived within an hour to evaluate & discuss our options. The following day we had a quote, and the work was scheduled and completed by the end of the weekend. In all, they replaced the floor, installed a sink & toilet, and painted the walls & ceiling. John's guys were efficient, professional, and did amazing work. I've contacted him to get an assessment on a number of other projects, including fixing a roof & sliding patio doors. Again, John came out promptly and provided an honest assessment of each of the projects. All of the quotes he provided were reasonable and fair. If you're within John's service area, I cannot recommend Plewa Property Services strongly enough. Give John a call - you will absolutely love the work he and his team do.

Working with John was a pleasure. Very easy to communicate with, very responsive to questions and he did exactly what he said he would do and more. His crew of painters (Steve, Carl and Dave) were all really nice guys, did excellent work and answered any questions I had. After they finished up, I noticed a couple spots on my chimney that needed to be touched up and John responded immediately and had the guys out to take care of it in a couple days. I wish I had known about Plewa Property Services sooner. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future and will also refer my friends and neighbors to them.

I called Plewa Property Services to remove a 50ft. Radio Tower that has been an eyesore in my backyard for years. Today I can happily say, "mission accomplished"! ...and I am thrilled with the outcome! John gave me a very fair price to have the work completed. His crew was out within the week and completed the project in short order. This was a nasty task to tackle but his men remained professional, positive & affable throughout the whole process and hauled it all away when they were done. I couldn't be happier with John, his crew and the work they did for me, and that includes his terrific office manager, Dawn, who was an amiable & dedicated point of contact for me.
