Dont let them sell you on the nice guy act. Hired them and it was the biggest mistake ever. I often deal with shady tradesmen but these guys kept sending me crazys crews that didnt care about quality. Each new crew would laugh at what the last guy did. After 6 months of fixing and broken promises. I had to go to the contractors board to get this resolved. Maybe they are not bad for cheap fixers but when it comes to any custom home or anyone liking for quality. They should keep looking. Thai is not the place. I cant tell you that much. The owner is a nice guy but his main guys are blinding him and causing him trouble because he is not watching what they are doling. For the price they charge you would think they are experts. They are expert liars. Dont trust them. Run !!!!!!!
