So, the first time I used Karl everything went smoothly and I couldn't understand why he has so many bad reviews, so I gave him a good review. However, the 2nd time I tried to use Karl I now understand why he has so many bad reviews. In mid December he gave me a price to finish 57 sheets of drywall for $3500 and said he could do the job when I wanted in mid January, so I hired him to do this job. However, when mid January came he now tells me that he's busy and can't do the job until some time in February. He also went on to say he can no longer do it for the price he quoted of $3500, he now wants $4400. Wow, I'm very sorry for recommending Karl as he is obviously not a man of his word and it means nothing when he gives you a price and tells you he can do the work when you need it done. In my 43 year's in this Industry, I'd have to say Karl is the biggest Scammer & con-artist out there. Stay FAR away from Karl unless you want to be his next victim! Also, his only 5 star review was from his employee and son Lee Peachey. Isn't that great!

I've been finishing basements for 42 years and have used many drywallers... Peachy's was BY FAR the best I've ever used! Their price was great! They Stocked & hung all the heavy moisture resistant drywall in one day! The Owner & a helper finished the drywall in 4 days! Left the place cleaner than it was when they started! Best of all, there were 0 issues that I had to ask them to come back and fix which is the first time that's ever happened as ever other Company I've used left multiple problems .... I will not be using anyone except Peachy's from now on!!!

Run as far as you can away from this establishment! They do the most awful work ever! They were rude , slow , extremely messy and not caring. They left trash all over from their lunches etc . They were not dependable and the work is atrocious! Seriously disappointed. They got drywall mud all over my 13k front door ! We have had people come to tour our house , and I have told everyone to avoid this drywall company because they even remarked , what an awful job , this is unacceptable.

Had A crew out to finish and apartment size project. Guys were courteous and kept the Acceptably clean bearing in mind it is very hard to keep anything with drywall dust clean. The issue I have was there were multiple imperfections that shouldve been caught on the final sand ! Took the painter between five and seven hours to touch up finished drywall before Paint. After putting a coat of primer on, I reached out to peachy Drywall Voicing that I had multiple hours prepping for paint . Then, when I went to do the electrical, I found that the electrical boxes were not muddled around So that the wall plates did not cover in several places. I reach back out to peachess drywall, and the owner came out to look at it . I was told it looked good, and really none of the imperfections were the drywaller finisher part . The blame was cast on any imperfections the drywall mightve had before the finishers got there . Which, in my opinion, the very essence of a drywall finisher is to look for imperfections and finish the drywall prepping for paint . I must say it is disappointing to have hundreds if not thousands of dollars extra For a result that isnt 100% . The level of attitude and unprofessionalism when I said I probably wont use them again was disappointing .
