Would not recommend this company. Arranged to have an estimate done with Matt last Saturday morning, Matt was a no show but did text at 6:00 PM that evening to say he got caught up and rescheduled to come the following Saturday, Confirmed with Matt he would be there between 9:00 AM - 10 AM, once again he was a no show, never notifying us or following up with any reason. Obviously reliability and responsibility are not this company's strengths, and would definitely not recommend.

Update: The owner (Matt Lewellen) did come out & review the work completed with my new contractor. He gave all my money back & made this right. NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Especially for electrical work! Not at all qualified to handle the job. I have exposed wiring at my meter, not to mention electrical wire coming out a side window. You have to see it to believe it! This job was supposedly "completed" on September 11th & after I complained to the owner who's "extremely too busy to stop by" nothing.... Still no call or resolution after 4days. FYI: One of the recommendations on here is from the "electrition" that completed my job, "Edwin" the owners brother-in-law. If this review doesn't spread the word my neighbors will after seeing this guy standing in the rain with "live" wire. This was the worst experience. Please save yourself a lot of trouble & find anyone else.

Our porch railing and posts were all rotted and it was tough to find someone to come in for such a small job without charging a fortune. Matt came in and within a day had everything replaced. We were well satisfied with the job and cost and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

I had a very bad experience with this contractor. I hired them to install an exterior door with steps leading inside. All were poorly installed. The door has gaps around it in many areas, multiple areas of my siding are cracked, missing or sticking out which will take on water. the steps aren't anchored to anything and can easily be picked up. The banister is also very loose. Also the steps do not resemble the style I had asked for. I told Matt I was going to have hire someone else to fix their mistakes and asked for the rest of my deposit back minus any materials or labor and now I am getting the run around. Matt tried to offer me half of what he owes and claims he is either too busy and doesn't have any receipts. So ***BEWARE*** if you want to avoid a headache

Matthew and his team with PBM Home Improvement will get every job done right. They are reliable, efficient and their finished work says a lot about their work ethic. I have had work that they have done from me while I am all the way in a different state, and they communicated with me every step of the way and provided me with photos of getting the job done. Point being -- they can be trusted to get the job done right even without any supervision at all, which is extremely rare! Have PBM do work for you and you will not regret it 🙂
