Overall , great experience. The communication could have been better about the scheduling. Took an extra week to get cabinet doors done. There were a couple Conflicts but when I approached the team, they responded and made sure to get things done right. Evie is awesome! Professional, friendly and made sure our concern were addressed. We love our new painted house!! Thanks Paint pro!!

Thomas primed, sanded and painted the stair bannister in front of house that was in rough condition. It looks great now. They also replaced and painted two water damaged pieces of hardie board under the gutters. Did a great job.

I enjoyed having Paint Pro doing my fence staining for me. I was pleased with their service, pricing, communication, and interactions. I will likely be using them again do to their professionalism. The only negative I can say is that they left a large pile of trash and never came back to clean it up

This is a really great outfit. They are responsive, flexible and do great quality work. I really cant say enough about the quality aspect. These guys are really good!! The fellow who did most of the work was totally dedicated to a quality job. You would think he was doing the job for his mother or grandmother. He really cares about his work. The whole organization is great and the price was what I consider to be fair.

I got several updates to ensure everything was going to schedule. The painter did a great job and left our office cleaner than he found it. Great job, I highly recommend.

We scheduled our entire Interior to be painted the week of thanksgiving since we'd be out of town. The crew showed up, toured the house, and told me one of the rooms wasn't on the bid. I told him he was wrong, that everything inside but the closets and ceilings were on the job. He spoke with another crew member, and they said they needed to come back the following day with materials. I told him we were leaving, and told them he'd need the key to return whenever. He said he didn't and put the key under the mat out front and soon left. So I call and text the office immediately, stating they left and explained them the situation. Received a text from a project manager saying he would be on his way to my home and he'd call me later. 3 hours later I got the call. The crew had quit. Said they weren't painting my house. So they had to rush to pull people off other jobs to come paint my home. They assured me it would be done on the same timeline. They sent updated pics and kept me updated with the process but when we returned Saturday evening, the house was awful. They left all their trash in bags in my yard, paint on my aggregate patio I had paint all over my new hardwood floors, appliances, curtains, clothes in closets, etc. Missing switch plates and screws, unfinished nail pops I was told would be taken care of, poorly, and not touched trim around doors. It was a disaster. I spoke to the project manager and he said he'd come out to walk the house with me. He made it out the next day and was less than thrilled about the work as well. He said they'd come out that week and take care of it all. The came back, and still didn't finish the work correctly. So he came back out again and walked the house with me. At this point he was obviously annoyed saying that the nail pops, that were quoted by the salesman, would have incurred an extra cost and a change order. I asked why I wasn't told about that or given that option and got no answer. I would have gladly paid to have this job done correctly. Instead they rushed to get their payment and be done with it, in my opinion. My cabinets look awful, they didn't degrease them or take the doors offsite to paint them, like they stated they would, there are runs in them, paint all around the new hardware that they installed for me as well. Overall a terrible experience. Last time we reached out to them was in December to see about having our home cleaned because of the paint. Thinking they may offer a solution for the paint all over our newly installed flooring. Not a word since. I never got the opportunity to speak to the owner, it was always just a woman in the office, who was very nice and as helpful as she could be, before I was dealing strictly with the project manager. Who seemed to brush my concerns off and basically tell me "it's an old house, its not going to be perfect." Now we're out a combined twenty thousand dollars on floors with paint all over them, and walls that are poorly painted and not finished correctly.

I was so excited to work this company after the initial quote and walk through. I was assured that the job would take less then a week and all the preparation that would go into it sold me to go with them. What was supposed to be a 5 day project (MAX) turned into a 10 day fiasco and if I hadnt called the company complaining on the timeline and how we were leaving town in a few days- I think it wouldve went on longer. The project manager and crew that was assigned to work on our cabinets were horrible at communication. Everyday I was assured someone would be at the house by 9am and there were days where they wouldnt show up til after 3pm or they didnt show up at all. From Saturday-Wednesday my kitchen was closed up with no one stopping by to work on it. As a family of four that put us in a bind as we couldnt access the area. No one kept us updated or let us know that things came up unless I texted them later that evening why no one came to the house. Poor communication to say the least. We were pretty flexible with the mess as we are eventually updating the countertops but they took that as dont cover them at all and got primer/paint everywhere. (This issue was resolved when brought up to the company to clean up but I still have primer on my concrete patio). While the process was horrible the cabinets eventually came back and do look beautiful. Based solely on the communication piece from the company is the reason I rate it so low and the hassle of it all was not worth the price I paid.

Very professional! Would use them again without question. It was quality work and they sent a supervisor to inspect the work to make sure it was to their standard and that they completed everything on the quote before final payment was requested. Everyone we encountered from the gentlemen that came to give the estimates and Jeremy who came to inspect the job were very professional and accommodating. I recommend 10/10!

PaintPro, LLC did an outstanding job! I met with Austin, the General Manager, on Wednesday January 7, and he had the job scheduled for the following Monday, January 12. Right on time Monday morning, Jose, the lead, pulled up with his helper (sorry, I can't remember his name). They set the tone immediately! They introduced themselves, were friendly, courteous, and professional - Then proceeded to knock out the most detailed paint work Ive ever seen! By Day two they were done and had completely transformed our space from he builder grade walls we'd had since we purchased the house to a fully custom interior paint job we absolutely love! We've received so many compliments! Jeremy followed up on Thursday, January 15 for the completion walkthrough and assured me theyd take care of anything if needed. Right on time again! We didn't like the color of the door. He immediately made a phone call,put in a change ordered,and had us on the schedule for the next day! I was speechless. This company was so awesome to work with! From scheduling to execution to post-job follow-up, everything was handled flawlessly. Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented from start to finish. We installed unfinished kitchen cabinets to keep a kitchen remodel affordable. By having PaintPro LLC paint them, we saved a lot of money. They were very professional, and when the painters were finished the project manager came out to inspect their work. He marked several areas with tiny issues, and the painters came back within 24 hours and fixed them all. Then he came back and checked again. This company is truly one to be trusted, and they take great pride in doing perfect work. Highly recommend!

Ive been getting these texts for months at this point and has been reporting as spam and blocking the sender. The texts would just keep coming from another number, so I decided to answer Yes, I need a painter. They responded by saying someone would give me a call for an estimate in 10 minutes. I did finally receive a local call about 75 minutes later from a rep of Paint Pro out of Spring Hill. Apparently the owner of this company pays to get leads from spammers. A very unscrupulous business tactic. Keep that in mind if you decide to deal with these Jabronis... I never signed up looking for a painter and I dont put my real phone number on anything I fill out. So, this is just purely cold call texting to a database of numbers. Pure trash business ethics. Response to owners reply to this review; You most certainly do pay for leads and thats exactly what has happened here. A rep from your company and phone number returned the call in response to the spam text.
