3/20 Update Jack came out to the house today and we reviewed the issues stated below. He graciously told me that they stand by their work and he will have a crew come out, scrape, prime, paint the affected areas. They will wait till its hot out like July or August so everythings dry. This great news and I will change the score to 4 stars. When the job is complete I will move it to 5 stars. The old foreman is not working here so thats a relief. 3/18 I had them paint my house back in 2023. They did not power wash the house. Foreman Wyatt said they would hand clean as they go, which was complete lie. Started painting dirty siding, did not prep with primer on bare wood. I started video taping and taking pictures. Owner came out after I halted the work. He checked the pressure washer and found it had been unused. His crew is contracted out. His foreman was absent the majority of the time. If they would have prepped properly I would not have paint flaking off a 15 k job 3 years later. I have reached out 2x via email no response. Jack this, A. I hired them 3 years ago to stain my siding. Working from home at the time, I observed their work for a week but was not impressed by their diligence. During the walkout, I noticed several areas, including the top of the shutters, with raw wood that weren't stained, raising doubts about whether two coats were applied as per the contract. After some arguments with the owner who was very defensive, the crew returned to touch up the identified spots, but for me it was a red flag regarding their brush work quality. This contrasted with the crew that stained my previous home in Minneapolis using a sprayer, which felt like better value. Next time, I will ensure they use a sprayer and definitely won't call Titan for that next job.

We received a flyer in the mail. I contacted the company and met with Jack to get an estimate. I could tell he was very knowledgeable , and I felt confident from the start that we would have a positive experience. We did at that, very prompt, clear communication. Once our selection was made we were contacted by his crew. Once again, they communicated time frames, and completed the power washing. Then came back a few days later, and in two days the house was done . Beautifully done, they were neat, and respectful of our house,& our yard and plants. The pricing was very reasonable, and the caliber of work, and peace of mind was worth every penny. I would highly recommend this company .

Jack and his team did a great job on our two story house! When I had a small concern, Jack addressed it and you could tell he has high standards for his business. The crew working on our house was very friendly and smiley! Lervy was the best to communicate with. Our house went from dull and bland to vibrant and colorful. Thank you!!

Paint Titans did a first rate job with the overall painting on our condo. The ceilings were arched and the walls were very high but I was especially impressed by the immaculate trim job that was done around all the woodwork. They were able to complete the job quickly and efficiently so we were able to install the new carpets on time. The crew was very polite and professional. We highly recommend Paint Titans!

I had an excellent experience from begining to end. He was very responsive and was able to meet my needs to have my painting done quickly before my carpet was installed. There were many intricate areas that turned out great. I'm very happy with the results and they gave me the best deal by far. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.
