Worked with Jordyn for the first time remodeling and replacing closet doors. He was responsive and did not drag out the job like other contractors do. He sent in a crew and they worked every day all day until job was finished. I was particularly impressed with the care his crew took to protect the home from dust. Every day they laid fresh paper on the floors for where they were both working and walked. And every day they covered the furniture in the rooms they were working with fresh drop cloths. While there is never an escape from construction dust, I would tell you that it was at a minimum due to the care and diligence Jordyn and his crew took. I will be sure to use him again for all my future projects.

Jordyn was extremely professional and his crew was always punctual, thorough and hard working. We had a major renovation project in our house that included multiple different services and jobs covering electric, drywall install, plumbing, floor install, insulation, ceiling, lights etc etc and we are extremely satisfied with every single aspect of it. We always felt well informed on the progress and had complete trust in Ortega's Home Improvement to get it all done. The quality of work was top notch and the price was more then fair. We just had laminate flooring installed throughout our house by OHI. I agree with the other reviews posted here. Jordan is very professional as well as very nice. At the end of our project he came and did a walk through just to make sure everything was perfect. During his walk through, he noticed the area where the floor met the edge of our bathtub didn't look as good as he thought it could. He had someone come that day and install edging which really made it look better and did not charge us, he just wanted it to look perfect and it does!! The job was very well done, on time and fair pricing. He was a pleasure to work with. In addition, Jordan's team were also very nice, friendly and professional. David Gonzalez and his wife both worked on our flooring and they were great. I would definitely use OHI again and highly recommend this company. Thanks Jordan, David and the rest of the team for your hard work

I needed a quick, small repair of a drywall ceiling, I called Jordan on Monday and he had two of his guys out the next day at the time agreed upon. The guys got right to work, kept the area clean as they worked and did a fantastic job. Really cant say enough about Ortegas Home Improvement, Inc. Will definitely use them again.

Theyre always on time and communication is on point. Growing up in the construction world Im very judgmental toward any kind of construction work and these guys are top of the line. We had a leak inside our shower, the origin that could not be easily determined by the naked eye, that caused extensive damage to the surrounding outside baseboard. I am writing this review to tell everyone how pleased I am with OHIs work. I am a NYer so we can be very demanding and have high expectations. Jordyn and his team met and exceeded them. I was also told to be wary of Florida contractors. It certainly is unfounded with OHI. Jordyn communicated well during the construction/renovation process. His one month estimate was right on target in spite of running into some challenges given the age of my house and that I asked for additional items. Jordyn was always fair in our dealings and all of his team were top notch, friendly, and clean. He always went above and beyond. What a nice young man building his business based on quality, fair pricing, and good communications. I am totally, 100% pleased with the work he did and how well my house looks. Thank you OHI team! We live out of state and have a rental in Boynton Beach, They came out the very next day after I called, arrived right on time, kept me in the loop through out the entire process and great outcome!
