OTM (Eggy and his team) did an absolutely amazing job at my preschool. We needed to replace baseboards and apply tile in a couple of the bathrooms and they did not disappoint. They not only did a phenomenal job, but they clearly communicated every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any of his provided services. I will most certainly be giving them a call for all of my future projects.

Edgardo and his team from OTM helped me with water damage due to a water heater pipe rupture. My house was flooded and they arrived in a timely manner. They explained my options and were at my house every day measuring the moisture levels to ensure all was good. Very professional staff that I highly recommend.

I recently purchased a Home that had some mold issues originating in the garage ceiling. I contacted On The Map Restoration & spoke to Edgar, who quickly gave me an appointment the following day. The team did a great work removing the all the drywall that had mold on it, Kiko & Joshua are professionals at what they do, the new drywall that was installed was perfectly placed & they made sure all my belongings including my motorcycle were covered with plastic, nothing was damaged or dirty. My first Google review, I have nothing to gain from this and never have done this before. This company deserves my time and energy to figure out how to give a review on Google. I have dealt with a large amount of contractors for over 40 years, Professionally and privately. More specifically 4 of these types. This company gets my highest grade for a contractor. They were extremely professional, responsive to our calls, clearly explained what needed to be done and why, texted twice to confirm their departure. They had a clear timeline and followed it. They were as clean as possible and left the work site better than they found it, taking all debris with them. Always asking if we needed anything or had questions. Offered help moving items. They kept a barrier between us and the work site. When they finished on time, I could not be more impressed with their work. I would not hesitate to immediately call this company in the future (hopefully I dont have to!!!). I also would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone. My only wish was their company would rebuild after cleaning up the damage. Now I have to find a good company for that.

You open up your closet doors & find that dreaded black spot, and already imagine the worst. Your mind starts racing thinking how much is this going to cost, how bad is the damage, is it somewhere else in the home? I found those spots in my office & guest room, and didn't hesitate in calling OTM. I initially spoke to the owner, Edgardo, who connected me with his partner, Jairo. Jairo was at my home by the next day, completed an inspection and provided me with a plan. Thankfully the damage was superficial and there were no leaks in my home that showed sign of extensive mold damage. While I hope to not need OTM again, I know that if I do, they will be there. They are professional, on time, and friendly on the pockets.

The service provided by On The Map Restoration by far exceeded my expectations. I initially spoke with Edgardo and explained the mold issue I was having. He fully went over the whole process with me. Both Jairo and Josh came out for service and were exceptional! Everyone knows the struggles sometimes of service appointments but when they came, not only were they on time, they were early! That never happens with other companies and that totally freed up my day. Everything was completed in a timely manner and they take extra care in cleaning up after they are done.
