Very dissatisfied with the drywall installation. Panels were uneven, seams poorly taped, and joints visibly cracking shortly after completion. Corners were not straight, and several areas required rework. The crew was careless, leaving dust and debris throughout the space. Communication was weak, deadlines were missed, and concerns were brushed off. The finished result looks unprofessional and far below acceptable standards for the price paid.

They were professional, respectful, timely, on-budget and meticulous. Anastasios was great from the start, listening to what we wanted, suggesting improvements to our plans and letting us know if something wouldnt work. John,Angel and Walter were all great, professional and took pride in their work. Highly recommend . We had them back to fix out damaged finished basement a to do some stairs as well.

Tasos and his crew were a joy to work with. Tasos is beyond trustworthy and thorough and did our kitchen renovation and ceiling repairs in NYC on schedule and within budget. The kitchen looks better than we could have imagined. He went above and beyond helping us with design and collaboration with our architect and building. We needed further repairs on our ceiling (no fault of Tasos) and his crew back and did them the following week in a blizzard. I would use Tasos for any further renovation we have and would recommend him to anyone.

Since I found NYC Remodeler and Anastasios (Tasos) on Google, I of course need to speak to my amazing experience using him as my GC for my NYC apartment renovation. From day one, Tasos was the most responsive of any contractor I inquired with. I ended up choosing him over others because his pricing was fair and he seemed incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I was correct - Tasos knows his stuff, and is also the nicest guy. I felt very supported throughout the entirety of the renovation with him and his subcontractors, and found him to very adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the NYC remodeling process. As always, remodeling an apartment in NYC is not for the faint of heart, and my project changed in scope A LOT - but Tasos was right there every step of the way, always with an easy-to-understand answer to my (very novice) questions. The quality of the work was second to none, and I feel very comfortable in the space. I recommend Tasos and NYC Remodeler to anyone in the NY area looking for quality work, fair prices, and responsive workers. Special shout out to the best guys Tasos brought on to my project - Luis, Angelo, Walter, and Ramiro - who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Overall very pleased with the work Anastasios and his crew did. We considered this a minor apartment renovation however there were major parts included. One was removing several walls of mirrors and refinishing which turned perfect. Another piece (not really minor) was opening up a hallway that had been walled up by the previous owner. There were also several last minute changes we asked for (bathroom and light fixtures, etc) and he was very patient and made sure we were happy with the final product.

Anastasios and NYC remodelers are the best. I wish I could give 6/5 stars. I have used them both at my NYC apartment and at my parents house in New Jersey. Both jobs were done on time, on budget, and with sterling workmanship. The work at my parents house was challenging because it involved preserving an old house that many (including my Dad who lives there!) might say needs to be torn down and rebuilt. NYC remodelers rose to the challenge and did great work on refurbishing the garage and working to make the home interior friendly to those with limited mobility. HIRE THEM!!!

Anastasios and his team did an incredible job remodeling our kitchen. They put in a new floor, installed new cabinets, lighting, etc. I knew Anastasios was the right person to hire the second I met him. He was punctual which is a huge deal to me and was very patient explaining everything to me, as Id never remodeled anything before. He and his team paid great attention to detail and went above and beyond. Sometimes I would show up randomly to the apartment and Anastasios would be there making sure everything was being done correctly and personally checking up on everything. Another example, after they were completely finished with the renovation they waited hours for Best Buy people to arrive and install appliances. I cant emphasize enough how much I felt that I could trust Anastasios and his team. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing a remodel and would 100% work with them again. Thank you so much for everything, Anastasios! You guys have really been incredible!
