From start to finish, the entire team was professional, organized, and incredibly detail-oriented. Right from the initial consultation, they took the time to truly understand our vision and made the entire process feel personalized. They offered thoughtful suggestions while still making sure our preferences were the priority. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the project, and they always showed up when they said they would. The craftsmanship speaks for itself. They reframed our stairway beautifully, making it feel more open and seamless with the rest of the space. The custom-built entertainment center is absolutely stunning and has become the focal point of the basement. They also built a full bathroom that looks and feels like something out of a model home functional, modern, and finished with incredible attention to detail. What stood out most was how smooth and stress-free they made the entire experience. They treated our home with respect, kept the workspace clean, and delivered on exactly what they promised. Northwest Remodeling is a great family owned business. We had Omar and his team finish our basement and it exceeded our expectations. They were fair and honest throughout the whole process and very responsive. We had them quote our basement about 3 years ago and we just werent ready for this type of project but when we were, there was no one else we wanted to call. They were so professional and we felt very comfortable having them do this project for us. We were in constant communication through the project and it was completed on time. Everyone that worked on our basement was very professional and always cleaned up at the end of the day which was shocking how clean it always was. Every time we needed to make a change to design they were very accommodating. At the end of the project we almost felt like they were family with how familiar we got with some of the workers. I would highly recommend Northwest Remodeling as we will definitely be using them again for a few future project we have in mind.

Omar and his team were amazing to work with on our basement project in Barrington, IL - they were punctual, responsive, talented in their work, and accommodating to our design changes. They were instrumental in coming up with the design to begin with, then were involved throughout the entire process. Their contracting team is outstanding and detail oriented - every part of the renovation was impeccably done. They showed up 6x a week and stayed on schedule to get it done on time. Their crew was also respectful and cleaned up to minimize the dust, which we really appreciated as a family with young kids. Overall, a great experience with Northwest and highly recommend them. We definitely plan to reach back out for future renovation projects.

We recently completed our basement renovation with Northwest Remodeling and cant say enough good things about Omar and his team. Their professionalism was unmatched. With the exception of a couple noisy hours, we barely noticed their presence. The team came and went quietly, left the space clean and tidy each day, and were very respectful of our time showing up when they said they would (which is unheard of for most contractors!). We know we are not easy clients, as we have high expectations for quality of work, and their team anticipated and worked around any potential concerns before we could even bring it up in discussion. They also were great about communicating on additional items that we may have wanted to add along the way, such as insulating the ceiling or adding additional vents/outlets/light switches, and presented other possibilities we hadnt even thought about. There was no pressure to value-add, though we wanted to after their insightful suggestions in some cases! We had ordered a few finishing touches like custom shelves and a mantel, and their team happily installed them for us in order to achieve the overall result we were hoping for. The entire project went according to schedule, and they finished within the timeline and price point we had expected from the beginning. We are THRILLED with our basement and would highly recommend Northwest Remodeling to anyone looking to achieve a high-value renovation with a wonderful team of workers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had the entire bath torn out, right down to the studs, and rebuilt with a walk in shower in place of the old jacuzzi and stackable washer/dryer where the original shower was.
