We highly recommend North Coast Painting! Our house was in desperate need of a complete exterior paint job - an overwhelming prospect for our century-old three story house. When we met with John, he was genuinely excited about the project, understood the aesthetic and historical nature of a house like ours, and offered us a very fair price for the work. He shared a lot of great knowledge and feedback about primers/paint types and made it a priority to give us an end result that will last for years to come. He was also very gracious with us as we made changes to our final color scheme - painting your house is a huge decision and he understood that. Overall, great communication, lots of experience and attention to detail and very nice to have around working on a longterm project.

They show up on time; they are pleasant and easy to communicate with; they vaccinate in a pandemic; they work quickly and efficiently; they are conscientious and clean up after themselves; they charge a very fair price. Following our renovations they painted the kitchen, hallway and basement stairs, and two bathrooms. They also stained the wood reducers/transition pieces connecting the kitchen to other rooms. They did a beautiful job on everything, and we will definitely use them for future projects.

As a first-time homeowner, I was anxious about the cost and inconvenience of getting work done on the walls of my new home. John and Jeff did an incredible job and were great communicators throughout the process. They answered all of my questions, and asked me when would be a good time for me to get the job done. John, Jeff and Matt did beautiful, detailed work painting the interior of my house. They went the extra mile every step of the way. My favorite part was John's astute eye and color/shade advice. I was going to choose a cream color and he told me that creams are extremely tricky and can appear a lot more yellow than you'd think when the whole room is painted with them. He discerned that I what I actually wanted was a warm white and gave me several paint colors to look up. He explained the nuanced differences in undertones between them and we settled on a gorgeous color. He saved me. The house looks stunning and handsome.

Got the job done very fast (entire second floor with 4 bedrooms and full bath) with easy cleanup. They honor their work and even offer to come back and do free touch ups, for life. I give them 5/5 stars aka off the Richter scale They will be coming back to do my summer home and cottage this summer. I would recommend to call and schedule ahead of time, these guys are constantly booked!

We have been working with John and Jeff for a while now. They did outstanding work at our old house, including wall repair, interior wall/trim painting and cabinet painting. When we moved into a historic Princess Anne that needed some TLC, there was no doubt in our minds who we could trust to do a great job. We knew that there were significant patching repairs required on interior walls after taking down wallpaper, and the trim had numerous issues which needed correction before painting. We did not know how amazing it would look after the meticulous attention to detail that Northcoast brought to this and every job we have hired them for. John and Jeff made sure that we understood all of the elements required in order to achieve fantastic results. They answered every question we had with great detail, and made sure that the scope of work matched up with our expectations for the finished job. Their preparation and cleanup were both thorough and minimally intrusive. They took great care to cover and protect anything within the work area. We can say without hesitation that there is no way we could have achieved the rapid execution, flawless finish, clean lines, and overall beautiful appearance ourselves.
