Alex showed up on time, did everything that I asked and did it well. He replaced 5 smoke detectors, tightened a doorknob, replaced a bulb that was high up over a staircase, and secured an attic exhaust vent pipe to the vent in the roof. I recently hired Alex, owner of Next Gen Pro Build LLC, to remove walls and open up my den into my living room, which included having to match the existing flooring into the new space which was a challenge but it looks incredible! He also painted and installed new doors in my hallway, and everything was done with incredible attention to detail and professionalism. He advertises as a handyman, but he is a licensed general contractor who is fully qualified to handle extensive remodel work. His craftsmanship, reliability, and pride in his work truly shows in the finished project. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations. He was also extremely flexible and gracious when I asked for changes or adjustments along the way, which I truly appreciated. Equally important, Alex was genuinely pleasant and easy to have in my home while the work was being completed. He brought a positive attitude each day, was respectful of my space, and made the entire process feel comfortable and easy. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for high-quality home improvement or remodeling services.

We highly recommend Alex! He was great to work with, and very skilled and attentive to detail. He was communicative, arrived on time, and was a good listener which helped ensure we were happy with the result. We hired him to help with a handful of handyman tasks (repairing popped nails, regrouting bathroom backsplash, recaulking/repairing trim, etc.), which could seem like a small or unimportant job, but he treated us as valued customers. He event went above and beyond repairing additional dings or damaged spots he noticed while doing his work. One other thing that stood out was his tidiness - he was very conscientious about cleaning up after himself when the work was done each day, which was much appreciated. We look forward to working with him again!

I cant believe how awesome they did! There very polite, courteous, and take pride In there work. He took his time and made sure the completed job was perfection! I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work. Plus there very reasonable on pricing as well! My husband and I took over this house and the carpet was probably 40yrs old They ripped it out like nothing cleaned the floor and installed Harwood flooring. They finished it in a days worth of work for just 2 people. I will for sure be hiring them again to come do my dining room also! I wouldn't choose anyone else honestly. I am very happy with the work that Alex at Next Gen Pro did for me. He came to repair a couch, and found a broken piece of wood that was part of the support from my couch. He was able to cut a new piece of wood to the exact same size, and then he replaced the broken piece, making the couch stronger. He did a very nice job and picked up everything afterwards, not one staple was left on the floor. He took great care when moving my couch to flip over to do the work, and then again when he flipped the couch back to the normal position. He and his partner were very nice and respectful of my furniture when they worked. I would recommend them again.
