Absolutely fantastic experience!! John Morton of U Nailed It does amazing work. I used John for a huge attic conversion. He took 800 sq ft of unused space in my home and created a gym, 2 separate offices & a bar/lounge space. I am completely obsessed with the final product and completely satisfied. John took my ideas and completely superseded my expectations. He stayed on time and on budget. He was on site everyday for six weeks and completely handled everything from city permits to inspections, and subcontractors (HVAC & electrical). I highly recommend John for any project to small ones to MAJOR ones like the one he completed for me.

I had two large windows that leaked during a hard rain. John came out within a few hours and did a temporary seal until he could come back. When he came back he reframed the windows inside and out, painted, stained and sealed. Looks great. He also did several other small fixes and he is coming back in a few weeks to pressure wash and fix a few more things. A few years ago, he built a fence with a door around my heat pump area. Always excellent work. 08/31/2024 great service at a fair price again, as always
