I needed soffit repair work and some minor calking done in a different area. Andrae did a beautiful job! You would never know there was ever a problem with the soffit. I was scheduled for the following week, but when they had something sooner open up, I was offered that time, and it worked out perfectly. Andrae showed up promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable. I need more repair work around my home,and will definitely be using this company again. I actually showed Andrae one of the needed repairs and was able to receive an estimate on the spot. I also needed an opinion on something that wasn't a repair, but more an annoyance, and I didn't know how to take care of the issue. Andrae gave it some thought, and gave me an idea, which I tried. It worked perfectly ! Andrae is brilliant! He showed up in a van with the name of the company on it, and they also sent me a text with his picture before his arrival. That was very reassuring when having someone come to your home to do work for you. I spoke with David to schedule the appointment. Both David and Andrae were very pleasant and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Andrae and Eddie have been the two handymen who did work in the house we just bought. They are incredible theyre really full-blown contractors that are skilled in just about all aspects of remodeling and repairing. They are polite, nice, and their work is very clean. Had a hole in the ceiling due to a water leak. Everything was handled professionally. From 1st conversation, appointment set up and having someone come on time and ready to go. Dan was great! I have called Mr. Handyman of South Palm Beach almost every year to handle a large variety of projects. One year they installed a pull down staircase to the attic for me. One year they repaired my aluminum fence that had gotten bent out of shape by falling coconuts. Last year, I had one of them install gutter guards for me. Our house in Delray Beach is surrounded by pine trees (and coconut palms) and the gutters were getting clogged with pine needles. This year I called them to send someone to install shelving on the inside wall of my garage and to repair a metal pellet burner that I was using on our patio. The pellet burner had been put together with cheap screws that were now rusted. Dan Wasco was the handyman who came for this project. He arrived right on time and started in on the projects. I had purchased the shelving on Amazon and it came with hardware. But the wall I wanted it installed on was a cinderblock wall and the hardware was cheap and probably not likely to hold. So, Dan replaced it with more solid hardware that is much more likely to hold much longer and also hold heavier loads in cinderblock. I really appreciated this because I intend to put some heavy things on these shelves like cans of paint. The pellet burner also had been put together with cheap hardware. But, removing the old hardware was a lot more difficult than it looked at first. It had threaded rivets welded to it that Dan had to cut off before he could install the new hardware. In this case, I had purchased stainless steel bolts, nuts, and washers to replace the cheap stuff that the manufacturer had used. Not only was Dan able to replace the old hardware, but he took the time to give everything two coats of paint. He pointed out to me that even stainless steel hardware can rust eventually if its kept outside long. I didnt know that. This is another example of why its smart to hire a professional for these kinds of projects.

Mr. Handyman of South Palm Beach was recommended to me by my AC guy. I called they answered immediately and we set up for several items to be repaired and a few installs. Ceiling fan, light fixture and repair two inoperable doors and also to change out my garbage disposal with backed up sink. Not only did they do the work very fast they also repaired my garbage disposal and saved me the money of getting a new one. All work was clean and professional. Eddie was our handyman and was excellent! I highly recommend this outfit!

I have used Mr. Handyman a few times. All of my experiences were very good but my latest appointment was wonderful. The technician they sent out was Eddie. He came over to fix about 10 things. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. He got everything repaired and a kitchen chandelier installed in about 4-5 hours. I was impressed. I asked him questions about replacing the kitchen backsplash and he explained exactly what my options would be. I highly recommend you use Mr. Handyman for your house repairs and projects. We have used Mr. Handyman for a few different services - installing our mailbox and post, hanging some heavy items on concrete block walls, and troubleshooting a dysfunctional outlet. We have been consistently pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the service professionals. They are also timely and efficient. A+ all around! For the first job, the cost was reasonable and as expected. For a more recent job, the cost was much higher than anticipated for substantially less time, effort, and supplies. The economy is terrible right now and we are understanding of that - we will definitely use Mr. Handyman again, but will be cognizant about whether this is a trend in pricing.

This is the second time we have used Mr. handyman. We needed to have our attic stairs replaced as they were 30 years old and were getting dangerous. I initially reached out to Mr. Handyman to replace a single 18" square tile in our kitchen. The communication was outstanding throughout the whole process. When the technician Andrae arrived on schedule, we decided to also have him mount new sliding pantry doors after the tile was repaired. After having to make a quick run to Home Depot for some materials, Andrae removed the broken tile, prepped the surface, cut the new tile to fit and put it in place. The job looks so good that you would never know that tile was replaced. He also cut the sliding door tracks to fit the newly enlarged pantry, screwed everything in place and hung the new doors. I couldn't ask for a better experience from ANY vendor, and I won't hesitate to use Mr. Handyman again for any projects or fixes needed.

I had purchased a portable washing machine and a portable dryer. I had only unpacked the washing machine. Its accompanying printed directions were very confusing, so I called Mr. Handyman and made an appointment for a handyman to come to my apartment and help me figure out how to work the machine. (I received a reminder email the day before the appointment.) Andrae greeted me with a smile and friendliness. He then read the directions, looked at his cellphone for more instructions, connected the washer, and easily and patiently explained step-by-step how to work it. He then unpacked the dryer and did the same thing with that machine. He was here for quite some time, and the cost was a lot less than I thought it would be. I contractedMr. Handyman to address a poorly done wood shelf job. The job included: - Door adjustments - incomplete. While the gentleman who came over argued that because the floor was not level, and therefore the shelf wasnt level, he could not fix it. While I'm no expert, I believe the issue could have been resolved by uninstalling the hinges. - Install door handles - done - Flush lateral wood pieces of the furniture with molding - incomplete. While I explained to the person that came to complete the work ( during his initial visit and again today when He came over) what needed to be done, he argued that he misunderstood, even though he indicated that to fix it, it needed to be wood-filled, sanded, and painted. Even though this work had previously been agreed upon, Mr. Handyman attempted to charge me additional money to have the work done. Ceiling drywall patchhalf completed. The ceiling was patched but wasn't painted, even though it's very hot in the house, and the patch dried up quickly. While the people on the phone were friendly when I initially contacted them, the result of the job and the experience was bad. And, I will never use this company again and/or recommend it. It felt a bit of a scam when Mr. Handyman argued that there was miscommunication.
