Amir did the most amazing job!! He fixed exterior window trim that was rotting, painted our front door, fixed our French doors, and fixed an issue with the screen door. All of these were headaches we couldnt sort out on our own. Communicative, reasonably priced, and arrived on time. Honestly, couldnt recommend more.

Esteban arrived right on time this morning. He was cordial, asked me questions about the many items on my to do list, explained how he was going to tackle each project and offered me choices while explaining pros and cons. He worked non stop and cleaned up every area as he finished ! He did everything from installing new doorknobs, shower heads, fixing door sweeps, caulking windows and adjusting vinyl gate. Esteban did a great job fixing my closet doors. He was respectful of my property and time. He managed to find the most economical solution to my issues. I highly recommend him. I had another job completed by Ernest last week. He did an excellent job, was extremely pleasant and efficient, and was mindful of my time and money. Edward was in to take care of a water stain on the ceiling from an ice dam. He quickly evaluated the situation, applied a coat os sealant, and will be back to paint after it dries in a couple of days.

Had the pleasure of having Walter fix the loose tiles in my bathroom tub. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He even suggested and used caulking that improved the look of the shower wall. I recommend him highly.

I called Mr Handyman of South Essex County to schedule repairs for 3 screens on windows in my house. I was given a date in a couple of weeks but was told if a cancelation happened it could be sooner. It was a lot sooner and Ernie Murray the service technician showed up even earlier than scheduled time. He was very professional and we removed the screens. After measuring them he went and picked up supplies to repair the screens. It was accomplished very quickly and it looks great. Would definitely recommend this company.

Esteban was professional and friendly. He and his partner worked hard and did a wonderful job on our garage. Communication with the Office was excellent. Our only issue was we did need to clean our patio from the paint chips due to the sanding of the garage and we had thought that was part of the job.

First of all, speaking with a real person, Angela, was refreshing and easy to request an appointment. Angela was welcoming and reassured me that the handyman who came to our house would be just perfect. She even called us, personally, twice to see if we wanted an earlier appointment and to confirm our appointment. Our handyman, Chuck, was perfect. He was able to complete every task from big to small, I asked him to do and was so quick and the work was done perfectly. He was so pleasant and easy to approach and I never felt like I was imposing on him. Nice gentleman, I wish him well. Great experience. Esteban installed our kitchen hood vent and made sure everything was working properly. The hood we initially received was dented, and he even went back to the store to exchange it for us, which really went above and beyond. He also removed the old hood and debris and was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Would definitely hire again.

We were extremely happy with Chuck's work. We had a basement job done where they used jackhammers to make a trench along a basement wall and install a waterguard system. We needed Chuck to move heavy appliances away from the wall and take up the laminate flooring close to the wall before the basement job was done. Part of the basement job also removed some sheet rock and they cut the 2x4 studs so they could get their jackhammers close to the wall. Chuck replaced the sheet rock and mudded the seams, rebuilt the 2x4 studs and replaced the flooring and appliances. He cleaned up after himself every time. The office people are very nice and easy to work with. I give the workmanship and communication with the office team 5 stars but felt their pricing was a little high so overall 4 stars.

I have had two professional servicemen from Me. Handyman. They are always on time, see what needs to be done and get right to it. I've had a bathroom shelf repainted, outdoor sensor lights replaced and winterization of a Sunsetter Awning cleaned and covered for the winter. Amir and Escaban are professional, courteous and work very hard. They clean up all materials and leave the site spotless. Angela, the receptionist and schedule assistant is friendly, professional and accommodating. I will continue to use them after many good years. They are friendly, reliable and aim to please. Prices vary on the job and length of service. I find them fair. They are a company that is reliable with good business practices who hold themselves accountable to high standards and customer satisfaction.

I had Rob come out to remove my air conditioners for the season. He also fixed a window that has been off the track, put in my storm door and installed a new door knob and deadbolt. I think Im in love! What a great day finally having some qualified, personable and professional help around the house! Chuck and Rob were excellent as they tackled projects that have been weighing us down for YEARS. They cared about our home and brought some additional concerns to my attention. They actually downsold as opposed to upsold what we needed. A new faucet? Nope, just an aerator. All new foam core boards under our sunroom that NGrid tried to sell us? Nope there was plenty of insulation so only fixed some broken down areas. Their painting of exterior door surround and pillars and interior breezeway was second to none. I have already started my list to invite them back. I feel like I made new friends today. I will highly recommend Mr Handyman in Peabody to all of our friends and neighbors. Bravo, guys! One caveat: I have not been able to get independent contractors to work on our small projects. Anyone who thinks this company is overpriced must have been very lucky in the past. I am happy to pay for great service and reasonable response times. The old days are over and we need businesses like this to fulfill contracting needs. It is worth paying a reputable business and leave shaking hands and feeling some joy having met people with big hearts and great work ethic. THANK YOU ALL!

He installed a screen door, replaced a window shade, built a coldframe, installed and painted some trim, built a frame for a table, secured an unsafe desk, sanded another table, and dismantled an old piece of equipment so it could be disposed of.
