Easy to schedule. Able to speak with a live local human being. Great Text and email communication. Quick response. Able to schedule for the next day to replace two electrical outlets. Work was done quickly. Have used them before and will use them again.

Great and quick service after an old kitchen pipe split and needed to be replaced by a plumber. Kevin cleaned up a mess, put my kitchen back together better than before. He explained options and let me choose what was appropriate for my budget. Appreciate his work and cleanliness too. I would highly recommend Kevin.

Martin repaired a picket fence and fixed a shower rod that was improperly hung. He worked quickly and cleanly and did an excellent job on both tasks. I enthusiastically recommend Martin for any household job you may have. I might also add I have used this service from time to time for years and they have always done well.

tldr: actual work was fine, customer experience was pretty bad. I would not use Mr. Handyman again nor would I recommend them. The representative showed up bleeding on his hand. I fully described the job to the dispatch and prepared all materials in advance so I expected him to come with all of the equipment, but he said he wanted to go to the van to get a band-aid. He took two more ten minutes trips to the van. I live in an apartment building so it takes some time to go in and out. When the technician drew up the invoice, I told him about the three trips to the van and asked him to reduce the invoice by 30 minutes. He refused and so I called the office. I spoke to Cody, who immediately told me he didn't believe me because he had observed this technician many times and trusts him, and said this is one of his best. I was surprised at that characterization given the service I received (his best technician takes 3 ten-minutes trips to the van for a 20 minute job?). While I don't doubt Cody's experience, he has no reason to doubt mine. After Cody told me he believed I was lying, which I found deeply offensive as the technician did not dispute the 3 10-minute trips to the van, he agreed to reduce the invoice by the disputed time.

I want to thank Kevin for his diligence and meticulous attention to the task of locating any entry point in my condo that a rodent could enter. He found a spot under the radiator in my living room that had been missed by the 2 exterminators who were in my unit from October. 2025 through March 2026 on 4 different occasions. Those exterminators did NOT look closely and get on the ground to examine every inch of the perimeter of my unit. Instead, they "eyeballed" the area. As a result, the rodents kept appearing despite bait boxes, and all kinds of traps. Kevin stuffed up the small entry point under the radiator and also kept checking to make certain that there were not other openings It has been 8 days since he was here and I am cautiously optimistic. This is NOT a reflection of Kevin but of my PTSD from seeing rodents for 5 months. I also appreciate the work that Lee did on 2/16/26. A large hole was found next to a stackable washer/dryer that had been installed in April 2025. The contractor told me all openings had been sealed. The exterminators would NOT move the appliances to check. Lee and Cody moved out the washer/dryer. Lee filled the large hole with steel wool and expansive foam. (I had thought that would be end the end of the rodent parade) So both Kevin and Lee helped take care of the issue that cause me stress for months. Thank you both again

I greatly appreciate the many skilled and highly accommodating people sent to me by Mr. Handyman over the years. Lee came by a couple of days ago and made speedy work of several small, but important, repairs. A few weeks ago, Tom did a fine job leveling a wooden floor upstairs. The office manager does an exceptional job in matching you with the person best suited to solve your problems. Mr. Handyman has saved me many times and will continue to do so in the future, I very much hope!

Very happy first time customers! We have lived in our home since 2019 and have accumulated several home repair projects (big and small) that needed the help of a trusted handyman! We can't say enough great things about our experience with Lee Gregory of Mr. Handyman of Greater Newton. He showed up early, our list was not too long or too short, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant the entire time. He was able to accomplish our long list of to-dos which included hanging up a large mirror, fixing several lights that had electrical wiring, fixing a cabinet, checking/ replacing all of our fire detectors, installing new hooks in our bathroom ... the list goes on! I am going to be hiring him to return soon to do more work as it appears as if there is nothing he can't do! 5/5 stars - highly recommend! Thank you, Lee.

From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and professional. A special shoutout to Jim and Kevin, who wrapped up the final day of our project they were truly exceptional. UPDATE: Kevin from Mr. Handyman came today! He only had a minor task to do with a Kitchen hinge, but explore the freezer and found mold!! He cleaned it with Bleach and went above and beyond fixing other hinges, too!!! I highly recommend! Notice how well it the door got fixed! Older good experience: I had a thermostat moved and it left some discoloration on the wall. Charlie from Mr. Handyman was AMAZING! I didn't have any paint. He went to a store and found THE PERFECT paint that matched the color of the wall. Now nobody can tell there was any work done on it. I can't recommend Charlie and Mr. Handyman enough! Thank you so much!!!

I over-committed myself to building a go-kart for my daughter for Christmas and today - 2 days before Christmas - acknowledged that I was in over my head. One desperate call to Mr. Handyman and my hero, Lee, was at our door 2-hours later. He assembled the go kart top-to-bottom (in sub-zero temps in our garage!) in one hour. We cannot possible express enough gratitude to Lee for serving as an impromptu Santa Clause! What a great guy!!! Our biggest thanks to Lee and Mr. Handyman, you saved the day!

Experience was quick and professional end to end. Handyman, Lee, came the next day and was done in less than an hour. Did a clean job removing a large wooden panel that was bolted with metal in the concrete and redoing the surface+ putting all the debris in trash bags. Great job!
