Brian who works for Mr. Rooter, replaced pipes that were backing up in my moms house. He was the friendliest most respectful person we have ever had the pleasure to work with. Worst experience ever. Left window looking worse than before. General manager was supposed to come see the damage and showed up 45 min late, was unprofessional and unbothered. Then they posted a reply to their review that is full if lies. You will regret using this franchise. Be warned.

They seemed very accommodating at first when I spoke to someone who seemed real, but before my consultation, I started getting multiple calls and texts from different companies claiming to have an appointment with me for the same date and time ("Hendersonville Bath", "Mr. Handyman and Mr. Rooter Plumbing", etc). The receptionist is AI (note the pauses before she answers, and try asking her questions like her favorite color or how long she's worked there) and doesn't understand the issue with claiming to be multiple companies under different names. None of the numbers that called me are associated with the number listed on their Google page, and they had all the hallmarks of bot-generated spam. I don't trust a nebulous company with a five-figure remodel, so I'll pass.

Rick Doty from Mr. Handyman tackled a work list of eight jobs we needed done at our house. He was prompt, friendly and did great work on everything we needed done. One job turned to be more difficult than anticipated (due to work done by a previous electrician.). Rick stuck with it until he recognized the source of the problem & fixed it. Top marks all around for Rick!

We had a plumbing emergency! No toilet. The initial plumber who came out left the bathroom in shambles. The toilet was disconnected and they were in the wind. Thankfully, Bryan came out and took care of the situation. He was quick, efficient, and we had a toilet again in roughly an hour. I highly recommend Bryan. He was polite and honest.

Im in the process of getting my house ready to list. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done (adjusting/repairing a couple of doors, reattaching a toilet paper holder, fixing a sticking glass shower door, and tightening a leaky showerhead) that I was unable to complete myself. I must be very cautious about who I let in my house and am pretty picky when it comes to my home so I was a bit worried that I wouldnt be able to find someone to do the work to my satisfaction. I chose Mr. Handyman of E Nashville because of all their positive reviews. In my experience those reviews are well deserved. Bryan quickly assessed and completed each task. Even with a required trip to Lowes, the cost of the work fell just over the minimum charge. I feel this was very reasonable. In addition to the excellent workmanship, Bryan was friendly, courteous, and professional. I had a great experience and will definitely use them again for future projects.

I would not refer this company or this guy to anyone. He was there to give an estimate on several issues but when he stated explaining all of the charges we were like this is crazy. We did allow him to fix the bathroom ceiling. There was going to be a diagnostic charge for a celling fan and then a repair charge. We opted out. I have photos of the before and after. Honestly a 15 year old kid could have what this guy did. Im so ashamed of the charge for this service and embarrassed that I fell for it. He didnt check the interior wall for any extensive damage etc. The handyman bought a couple of products and slapped it on the wall. I truly hate that we alllowed him to dupe us. He was like,tadaa! Its repaired!
