We hired Howard to demo our (poorly) finished basement. Howard's team was actually the second contractor we brought on, as the first one we tried was so negligent. The first sign of Howard's professionalism was to get suspected material tested for asbestos, which we were happy to do. The second was that his team wore PPE for the dirty job. The job went smoothly, Howard checked in with us frequently, and we're happy with the result. Howard is also doing the work (as opposed to just assigning an unsupervised crew). He's clearly very knowledgeable and experienced; we added a smaller side project to our demo and are having him scope out other work around our house. We really appreciate his professionalism, honesty, transparency, and fair pricing.

He took my old, outdated 1927 kitchen and transformed it into a beautiful space that far exceeded my expectations. Howard and his crew put steps/deck on my upper level Duplex. Howard is great at communicating. Always answered text/phone calls in a timely manner. Howard explain in detail everything I needed to know about the project from material, price etc. He and his crew were professional nice guys. When the project was complete everything was cleaned up perfectly. My deck/steps are beautiful. I get tons of complements on them. Howard has done so many projects for us! He demoed our basement, fixed not one but two of our toilets (including one that basically exploded and was shooting water everywhere), put up tv wall mounts, painted, took down our old wood fence and installed a bigger, lovely vinyl fence, built us a deck, and more! He's great to work with, does good work, has fair prices, and is honest. We highly recommend him!
