I highly recommend Manuel Z Painting for several reasons. We hired Manuel to paint the exterior of our two story home. Manuel was on time on the very first day and continued to arrive on time for the full two weeks he worked on our home. He was neat and organized in his work and meticulous in his attention to detail. There was no request we made during the project that Manuel or his workers didn't agree to and the additional tasks were done with excellence and care. Our house was prepped perfectly by careful scraping and patch repair as needed. This was followed by touchup primer and then two coats of paint on all cedar shakes, windows and trim. Manuel cleaned up his tools at the end of every day and left our property in the excellent condition that he found it in on his first day. Manuel is professional and pleasant and offered fair pricing for an above average job. We will hire Manuel again if we need other work done on our house.

I Highly recommend Manuel Z Painting! Over the past 15 years or so Manny Has painted the entire exterior of my house, several interior rooms, found and fixed leaks in my roof, refinished my kitchen cabinets, replaced trim on my house, rebuilt refinished my kitchen cabinets, replaced trim on my house, rebuilt my entire deck and balcony. Manny is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and very polite! His work is impeccable and he always leaves my property neat and clean upon finishing a project. From the simple like painting a room or the wrought iron railings on my front porch to the more complex like staining all my new wood windows. He has proven to be perfect from the simple to the complex always showing up on time and finishing the job in an expected time frame for a reasonable cost leaving everything in perfect condition. He recently power washed my cedar siding which had gotten very stained and when he finished the power washing the siding looked like new. He then put on at least 2 coats of stain to protect the siding against blackening again. I highly recommend Manny as an honest and trustworthy person who does what he promises in a timely fashion. phyllisq

I've used Manny a number of times over the years. I originally found Manny through a friend who hired him and who was very happy with the job he did for her. I first hired Manuel Z Painting late 2017 to paint the ceilings, trim, walls of living room, dining room, stairwell and upstairs hall. I think they also skim coated the ceilings or whatever is used on the ceilings to fix the fine cracks that kept coming back over years, his team did a GREAT job! I was incredibly happy that when I needed a color correction for the color i had picked for the living room/stairwell/hall, I called Manny, again, amazing job. Moving to the exterior of the house, we had let our porch go too long without getting love and I called Manny, him and his colleague worked on the porch for a week sanding it, getting it down to the bare bones, fixing the trim we had agreed upon, painting... he did a WONDERFUL job. Manny is fairly priced, him and his team are neat and tidy when they work around your home, I can't say enough good things. I highly suggest Manuel.
