We recently contracted Yuvinne to completely renovate our very antiquated bathroom and modernize every aspect from a full shower, new tile floor, upgraded vanity, toilet, light fixtures, moisture sensing ceiling fan, paint, and a large number of other upgrades. We were extremely impressed with the speed at which his expert team members completed all the initial steps with ensuring our furniture, hallways, and other price possessions were fully covered and protected from dust and other possible damages. The speed at which they moved through our renovation process was also remarkable. We were truly impressed with their attention to detail in each team members work. They didnt just throw things together, they went the extra mile to ensure the materials they installed were matched up and had a pattern that flowed. This was quite amazing!!! They kept us actively engaged through the entire remodeling process, and they solicited our recommendations and concerns in each minute detail. If we had any concernsand we didthey addressed them all immediately, and did not move forward until each item was fully resolved to our satisfaction. We were truly awestruck with the final results. Excellent! Very impressed! We started by having them replace our ceiling drywall. They were very professional and kept a very organized and clean job site. I was impressed with their work so I also had them repair our walls, prime the walls, and move a few walls. I then worked with them to ventilate and insulate our attic. They did excellent work (foam sealing, proper attic baffles, R60 blow in insulation) at a much lower cost than other estimates. All this work was done in much less time than they estimated! I then worked with them to tile our house. They did over 1400 square feet of tile and did a very thorough job! Several times they caught problems that I had not foreseen and talk to me BEFORE doing anything irreversible. Several times they made minor mistakes but quickly corrected them even without being asked. Overall they paid attention to detail and we were very impressed at the outcome! We plan to work with them again!
