Had them to come give me supposedly a free estimate but the individual they came out act like he didn't want to do it kept asking 20 questions about other companies and kept telling me well it looks like you're needing something done now but we won't be able to start ...it's about 4 months from now and he kept saying it and kept saying it... And then told me that his rates are just like everybody else so I would not recommend them because of the individual who came out and acted like he didnt want to help me.. I'm sure they're a great company but this individual rub me absolutely the wrong way !! And when he told me that he needs to know what I want to do because he didn't want me to waste his time and surely he didn't want to waste my time I told him fine he can go ahead and leave

Today on Republic Rd. (MO), two men driving a company vehicle (license plate 6W6-Y88) behaved in a very unprofessional and dangerous manner. For no apparent reason, they began making offensive hand gestures toward me and my wife. To make sure I hadnt accidentally cut them off or caused the situation, I reviewed my dash cam footage, but it showed I had not done anything to provoke them. They appeared to come out of nowhere, which leads me to believe their actions were completely unjustified and racially motivated. This kind of racist behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unsafe. please think twice when hiring this company.

These guys are awesome. About two months after I moved into my current, freshly renovated house, my kitchen floor started falling apart. After years of going back and forth with my original contractor, I was finally able to get the kitchen completely redone and hired KennCo to do it. They were very communicative and on time every day during the demo and rebuilding of my kitchen flooring. They were super easy to work with and were transparent when issues came up (namely, needing my entire subfloor rebuilt). I will definitely hire them for any future home improvement work.

April 20th 2024 and It's 3 years later and Kennco has not finished my daughter's roof repairs. She got a lawyer and won paid her lawyer $1000.00, but they still won't fix our roof that is leaking. As of July 14th 2022 they still haven't fixed my daughter's roof. A huge tree fell through my daughter's roof and needed a new wall and a new roof. It took forever to finish and as they didn't do some things right, my daughter got a lawyer and spent $1000.00. They agreed to finish some work but didn't. She had a major leak in the living room after they put on the new roof. They put water on the roof and said there was no leak. If there are two major stains in the living room, there aren't any leaks? The owner is rude and will not help us. I am seeking out the attorney general and BBB bureau and small claims. It is not right to treat a customer that way after paying $28,000.00 in repairs!

KennCo has been our Godsend for a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Throughout this renovation there have been obstacles to overcome. This crew of Jeremy Rouse and Kyle Yost have been extremely professional and great to have working in our home. Nothing fazes them and Zachary Chico has kept us informed of any and all changes of which we have been very grateful. Billy Davis recommendation of using Wilgus stone for our kitchen countertops was spot on. We will have them do any additional work should it arise.

Had a lot of damage from a storm that passed through. We Called KennCo and they got to us pretty quickly. They were super easy to work with and really accommodating to all our needs. We worked closely with Jeremy the on sight foreman and he was awesome, made sure that everything looked good upon each job completion and was very personable and professional. The damage done to my sons room from the storm was restored beautifully, Eddie did a great job during the process and made sure to keep the room ventilated and dust free the whole time because we have an infant. Great job! Will be calling again if we have any other home repair or renovations in the future!

We have a signed contract and the Dry wall person says that it was to messy to repair our celling. They offered to lower the price by $350 and only do less than 1/3 of the work. They decided not to honor the contract that they wrote and we signed. Said they would call back with a supervisor or someone like that on the same day. 2 weeks later still have not heard from them. I read another review that said the dry wall person was bad and i agree. Breach of Contract.

We had a huge tree fall on our house in February, and decided to use Kennco to do the repairs. Dealing with insurance and everything else was very stressful, but everyone from Kennco made it so much easier! They explained every step needed to fix our home, and answered every text and call I made. The guys were extremely respectful, and friendly. My husband works nights, and they respected the times we needed them to start every project so that he could sleep. If something wasn't done right, they rectified it themselves. I am extremely happy I chose them, and if anything ever happens in the future I will depend on them again. Thank you Kennco for making this traumatic experience so much easier!

My house had to be rebuilt after a fire. During the rebuild I sent two years in the hospital. I discussed with them what was needed and had photos of house before. They changed supervisor at the end. Multiple things I am finding they didn't do or do right. They didn't talk to me much while I was just a few miles away stuck in hospital. I get more annoyed as I find more things we talked about that didn't get done right. From problems with the roofing to the carpet multiple electrical issues doors hung wrong siding not done properly

We hired KennCo to repair our utility closet in the garage after it was noticed that the flooring was soft from a previous leak with the hot water heater. Zach did an excellent job, neat work, and they got our hot water heater up to code as well. The utility closet is now safer than it was before and looks nice too! They cleaned up well after they were done. Communication with Ben and all of KennCo was top notch. We really appreciate the work they put in to it.

We would highly recommend KennCo for insurance company work. KennCo uses the same estimate format as the insurance company which they require. KennCo was very responsive and professional from the workers to the Supervisors. Ben and Billy were easy to work with on getting the siding on the garage and house replaced due to hail damage. We are very happy with the work done and would highly recommend them to anyone.
