Patrick and his team built me a beautiful steam shower. The tile work by Bella's is exceptional. It was a lot to coordinate as the project required demolition, tile work, installation, plumbing and electrical. The communication was clear every step of the way so I knew what to expect. When there were issues with my supplier sending the wrong parts, Patrick persevered and got it resolved. Very happy with the result.

I had a fantastic experience working with Patrick and his crew on my carport and driveway replacement project. From the first time he came out to scope the work and throughout the project, his communication skills were outstanding. Patrick worked to create a design that fitted my needs and optimized for the tricky site where it was to be built. He went out of his way to help navigate land use and ECA regulations that presented more challenges than initially thought, making a stressful process much easier. During construction the crew was courteous and kept the site as clean as possible at the end of each day. Patrick kept in constant communication about progress and responded to any questions that I had promptly. He integrated my feedback and made sure that what was built was exactly what I wanted. I'm extremely happy with the finished product. The attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. Patrick made the entire process a breeze and I'm looking forward to working with Joy Developments again.

Patrick and his team recently remodeled our master bathroom, and we are thrilled with how great it came out. It looks even better than we imagined it would. We basically gutted the entire bathroom - including ripping out a shower wall which was replaced with glass, new tile floors and new tile for the shower, new fixtures, a new vanity, mirrors, lights, a new toilet, etc. I've added some pictures. Patrick and his team were very courteous, communicative, and went out of their way to help us with some small things that came up during the renovation (they fixed the latch on our front door and a few other small things). I would highly recommend Joy Developments to anyone looking for a contractor and would definitely work with them again in the future.

Patrick and his crew did an excellent job remodeling my garage so I could turn it into a gym! He was also able to get a railing installed on the roof so it's a bit safer as well.

We have nothing but good things to say about Patrick and Joy Developments. Everyone was so professional and respected our space (we lived in the house during a kitchen and bath renovation with twin toddlers). Workmanship is excellent he continually exceeded our expectations. We had a stress-free renovation thanks to everyone at Joy Developments.

I could not be happier with my experience with Joy Developments. Patrick and his team did a fantastic job on designing and building a carport on our 1900's Craftsman. We wanted a carport that looked modern, but not out of place with the existing home and neighborhood. The result was a seamless addition that functions well and looks stunning. It was a pleasure working with Patrick to design the carport. He has the uncanny ability to transform about three Pinterest photos and a few bullet points into a full vision, and it was just brilliant to see that vision come to life. Patrick and his team worked efficiently through the demo and construction process, and the carport was done in almost no time. Communication was always on point- we could always reach Patrick with any questions and get a prompt response, and he kept us updated on the project's progress. We had a minor issue with a malfunctioning lock on the new gate, and Patrick was out within days to assess it and order a new lock. I would hire him and his team again in a heartbeat, and I wholeheartedly recommend him.
