John came right after I called on his way home from a job. He trouble shooted my Basement Watchdog and sump pump and explained very clearly how they worked. Previously I had a major company come and paid a lot, and thought everything was working fine. Then the beeping started again. That company said they would charge a service charge to come back! Another big company came and wanted to charge $410 to troubleshoot when I thought I would get a free estimate. John solved my problem and explained every step of the way charging a very reasonable price! I am so glad I called John the Handyman! I Now have peace of mind. I will continue to hire him as my handyman and my friends want to hire him, too.
