My husband and I had an excellent experience with Teo when we hired him to paint the exterior of our home. Scheduling our estimate was extremely fast and easy. When weather permitted the painting to start, they started and finished everything within four days. He was very professional and detail oriented. They removed or protected all of the little fixtures around the house--things I hadn't even thought about. Teo patched up some places where the wood siding was peeling, using a special primer to help the wood hold together better. Truly full service. He was also very flexible and accommodating with our needs. Here's one example: there was one part of the trim that I wasn't sure if we should paint it the trim color or the house color. I was feeling so indecisive but Teo was patient as I thought it through, and he even sent me photos of the progress while I was at work so I could better visualize it and make a more informed decision. He also shared his opinion when I asked for it, which helped me feel more confident in my choices (it's a big deal to redo the whole look of your house!). I'm so glad we accepted his recommendations--they ended up looking great! On top of the excellent painting job, Teo really went above and beyond our expectations. For example, the wood trim at the base of our garage door had rotted away over the years. He pointed this out and explained that prior to painting it, he would cut out the crumbling parts and replace the bottom sections with fresh pieces of wood. The results were beautiful! And as a second example, he voluntarily fixed two separate pre-existing issues with our front door so that it would close and latch better. He didn't have to do that, he just did it out of the generosity of his spirit when I mentioned the trouble we were having. Amazing ethics. We were very impressed. If I could give him ten stars, I would! We are so happy with the beautiful new book of our home! (See photos of before, during prep, and after!) We highly recommend hiring him.

JLT Painting LLC did exceptional work touching up the exterior paint on my home, as well as completely redoing my detached garage. I took several bids, and JLT was not only very reasonably priced, but Teo the owner impressed me immensely with his honesty. On top of that, they did carpentry work, replacing a rotted door jam and framing, plus they replaced a few more rotted pieces of exterior wood. Extremely hard working, and Teofilo Jose Lopez is honest, extremely likable, and highly professional. If you need interior or exterior painting, I cant recommend JLT enough!
