We just replaced our roof this past Friday and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality, price and professionalism JK provided! I would like to give a big shout out, specifically, to Randy. He was very friendly and responsive from start to finish. He helped me call my insurance and dealt with the insurance adjuster so I didnt have to. I will be recommending JK to all my family and friends- they do a great job and at a fraction of the price the other companies do. Their price felt too good to be true but our roof looks great. My roof looks spectacular and the beginning of putting this project together was a dream. The great thing about that is that they maybe everything so easy, and the only negative was it set up a high bar for how communication would go throughout the project that didnt quite reach the bar the consults set. The good things: They were out here fast as heck to tarp our wind damage. Wasted no time. Great communication there and fast, high quality work. When we had to be restarted because of a long insurance wait, they were able to come out again and get that done. The price was comparable with other companies. They did nearly all the communication with our insurance and stepped in everywhere to start expediting the process when our insurance stopped responding in a timely manner. They WILL go to bat for you. The crew that did the actual work worked like a well oiled machine - they got it done fast and they got it done WELL. It looks great and we are pleased. I am painfully self aware that I desire a lot of communication with my contractors - I want to know dates and arrival times and who to expect at my home. Once it got down to the week of the project there was definitely a slow down to that great communication there had been before - with some unforeseen reschedules from them that couldnt be avoided but the notifying me seemed like an afterthought both times and ended causing me a lot of stress, money, and a lot of scheduling issues for me. It didnt effect the final outcome but it do add a lot of frustration that could have been avoided. Id love to give them a 4.5. They did SO much right, mainly the most important part - the roof, and so much well that it just made the things they slacked on stick out, especially because sending more timely texts and calls are such easy benchmarks to hit. With a slight improvement on communication, they are easily 5 star workers, company wide. I would recommend them to all my friends and family but expect them to be a little frustrated with schedules.

What an awesome team and company at JK Roofing and Construction! Their knowledge of the industry and experience in their profession speaks for itself. My roof started leaking after a recent big storm, so i researched roofing companys on Google and i gave them a call because of the super high rating and amazing reviews. They did not disappoint, and i hardly had to lift a finger throughout the entire process. The inspected my roof and I was happy to learn my insurance covered the entire project. Soon after, they arrived to replace my roof, and before i knew it they completed the job and left my property in pristine condition. The new roof looks amazing, it perfectly compliments the brick!
