After a septic flood on our first floor, Jays Home Improvement completed the renovations. However, he was unable to provide documentation or support for approximately one-third of the charges. As a result, our insurance company denied reimbursement for that portion of the claim. This amounted to a substantial five-figure sum that Jays Home Improvement has not been able to justify. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter through phone calls, emails, and text messages, he has failed to respond. It goes without saying that I strongly do not recommend working with this company.

I can't say enough about Jay and his team and I feel so fortunate we found him! He has done several projects for us and we'll continue using him for all of our home improvement needs! He painted, fixed a back deck, and even added new gutters! He' and his team are beyond responsive and professional!
