Building a new custom home and the drywall work is absolutely horrible. Crooked walls, wavy walls, corner bead showing through, inside corners look junky, and then they want to charge $45/hour to fix their own shoddy work. After weeks of back and forth, begging someone to come out to look at how bad the work is, my builder just decided to use a different company to fix it all. And they wouldnt even finish (mud, etc) until everything except a few hundred dollars was paid up front. Worst subcontractor that we have dealt with during our home build. Cost us so much time and money.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Our home was under warranty still and had terrible settling and cracks, some up to 1/4 of an inch wide. They kept scheduling to come fix them, I would take work off to be home and they would never show up. This happened 3 times and then when they finally did show up, the workers fixed a couple items and then would leave. I would call the office and ask why they left when there was so much more to be done and the office stated they said they were done. This happened a series of 4 times, with massive cracks right next to the ones they "fixed". The owner even came to our house because we were "being difficult" and agreed there was at least a full days work left for them to finish and he would personally come to make sure it was completed. He showed up with them and gave them a flashlight to help find the nail pops but then never even walked the house with them or came back to check. They also kept sending the same crew who were extremely rude and upset they had to keep coming back. From the first scheduled time to the time they finished was over a period of 5 months. Thats 5 months of having random drywall patches all over our brand new home. If they would have came and just spent one day doing it right it would have never been an issue. They still didn't even fix all of the issues, but we brought in a new drywall company who was efficient and respectful of our time.
