This company was a life saver! I experienced a property failure that the insurance covered. The owner John took the wheel! I literally just had to answer my phone to set the appointment and answer a few questions the insurance had he handled everything else for me! Wonderful people! The work is exceptionally and done AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! The crew are an amazing group of men! Now this may not always be possible because every situation is different but the point is this company made me feel they were here with me through each step of the way, and that matters when you have a failure on your property and have to deal with uncertainties. Woke up on a Saturday morning to water leaking into our home after an ice storm. John was the only contractor willing to come out on a Saturday to help us when everyone else said to call back on Monday. He helped patch the hole and, when the time came for repairs, he and his team did an excellent job repairing the roof, gutter, and facia board. Job wasn't completed. $14K was given to Jon Poules to replace roof on house and garage and siding on house and job to date has not been completed. Roof was replaced but I am paying to have someone remove the old shingles that were left in the yard. Gutter on garage was not reinstalled as instructed on insurance claim paperwork.

Thanks to J&P Restoration they've totally left our home looking like the newest house on the block. The siding, roof and gutters were replaced. Our home went from old and faded to new and shining which I never thought would have been possible. I had the best experience dealing with J&P Restoration. They did a fantastic job. We had a strong storm that had recently caused our roof to leak and damaged some of our siding. They came out the next day and gave us a totally different experience then I expected. John with J&P Restoration was very polite and kept me informed every step of the way. We were able to get a new updated roof and our siding repaired without having to pay a red cent. They dealt with the insurance company the whole time which was nice because I'm working crazy hours. These people are thieves over the weekend me and my neighbor both witnessed them break into my truck and steal a 400$ chain saw. Then when I confronted them about it any gave them a chance to return my property before I went to the police they said some one had stolen a sticker and put it on there vehicle and stated that it was not them even know I had gotten their license plate. Also had a roofing latter and same vehicle they drive hmmmm seen pretty suspicious to me. Anyway just letting everyone know that these men cant be trusted.

I had a roof leak in my family room start on December 23rd at 11pm. The next morning on Christmas Eve, I called about 8 different roofers, 1 of them being a general contractor that I use on a consistent basis. The only one willing to come out on Christmas eve was J & P Restoration! They went up in the attic and noticed there were 2 pieces of plywood that had begun rotting away. They went to Lowe's to purchase supplies and had the repair completed within a few hours! It rained over the weekend and there's no more leak! I'll be repairing the drywall on the ceiling on my own and am thankful that I did not have any mold growth all thanks to J&P Restorations prompt repair!

They did my whole roof including the underlining wood and my garage in about 10 hrs . this includes the clean up also, could not tell they had been here. I would recommend them and also call them back to do any repairs if needed. They worked well with my insurance company and I had no out of pocked expense.

We had an emergency situation in the dead of winter when a freakish wind blew off about 30 feet of the ridge cap, shingles and sheathing, which left a long gaping hole in our roof. With snow on the way, we were desperate for immediate attention. Of all the roofing contractors I called, only John was willing to come out the same day I called to at least tarp the roof. The next day we had a heavy snow fall and then two weeks of more snow, rain and ice. Without John's efforts a serious problem would have turned into a disaster. After the ice melted during a short stretch of warm air, John and his fine crew arrived and within a couple days I had a beautiful roof, that has withstood all of Mother Nature"s extremes. John also took care of all negotiations with the insurance adjuster to assure that we received full compensation from the insurance company. Also worth mentioning, is how diligent his crew was in cleaning up after the job was done. In my forty years of experience in the building industry, I've never seen a job site left as clean as this one, especially after an intensely messy tear-off.

Had a leak coming in through the kitchen and John stopped by the house to let us know it looks like we had some roof damage and offered up a free inspection. Upon inspection, we found out that there was substantial hail and wind damage to the roof. So in the freezing cold in the beginning of December, John and his crew got a new roof put on at minimal cost to me out of pocket. On the day of install, the crew doing the roof were very courteous respectable to us, and upon completion they did a fantastic job of cleaning up the yard from any debris. He handled the insurance claim and made the process as easy as he possibly could for me. Six months later, we discovered we had a raised shingle and with a simple phone call John showed up and fixed it. I would recommend John and his crew to anyone needing their roof replaced.
