The team arrived on time every day, kept the workspace spotless, and worked efficiently without cutting any corners. Their drywall finishing is flawlessperfectly smooth walls and crisp corners that truly elevate the space. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire project. They listened carefully to what we wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and kept us updated on progress. Everyone on the crew was friendly, respectful, and clearly proud of their work. Its rare to find a company that combines this level of skill with such a positive attitude and reliability. Impact Drywall responds to my every call quickly and on standby a majority of the time. I use them often for my projects throughout the different properties that I manage. They always make sure that the end results are above expectations and work efficiently. Will definitely continue to count on them to assist me. Been using them for years. I did see a different review and just know that verbal communication was provided to the homeowner and assistance was provided in figuring out a solution.

Ironically here to leave a review from the same job as the one other review of this company. I only leave negative reviews as a last resort; I asked this company to work with me to remedy a situation and have received no response. As the paying homeowner of that repair, this is the first I've seen the work done. My experience working with this business was not positive as I was completely left off all communications about the work being done. I too have a hole in my ceiling that was supposed to be repaired as part of this one job, and decisions were made without my approval or consent and my home was left out of being repaired. After an initial walk through of my home, I never saw a quote or estimate for the job and received no communication throughout any of this. I didn't even know the work (my home omitted) was done by this company until I received the bill for it afterwards. What's done is done, but I, as the person paying for the work, have higher expectations for professionalism and basic communication from a company. Edit: I appreciate the response and acknowledgement of my being left out of the decision making. I have already communicated separately with my HOA about their part in not communicating anything with me. At the end of the day if I am paying, I should be contacted. The bill was to me, not my HOA. I hope future miscommunications can be avoided for all involved parties.
