Re-exposing my home to mold spores, then their plan was to drywall over the affected areas without removing the insulation. They used plastic on the kitchen wall, but only on one side, just in the house, not the garage, dining, living room, or office area, until I pointed it out to them. The other areas are the bathroom upstairs, but it was not sealed. They left molded drywall, and there are areas in these and other pictures where they did not seal off the areas. They increased the price after contracting to do this work and were going to reapply drywall over the moldy insulation. They also lied, Xavier, his cousin, about being on my property when I have cameras to prove they were not. They would not refund my deposit, and now have other expenses due to the damage they created. I do not recommend Honchar Construction LLC, aka "Honchar Remodeling".

We used Honchar Remodeling to paint the exterior of our home. From start to finish they went above and beyond our expectations. From returning our calls to meetings at our home prior to painting they reassured us the job would be done right. Our home turned out beautiful and appreciate everything they did. I would not hesitate at all to give them a call with any future needs.

We used Honchar Remodeling for two projects. One, to install LVP and the other to fix some drywall and paint a super high ceiling and stairway. The LVP job included removing carpet and tile and they still completed the job in a single day! We had good communication and always knew when they were coming to do the work. A family business started by some young men working their butts off to make a good business. Highly recommend.

Casey and his crew were outstanding. From the very beginning the professionalism was evident. They were efficient and very careful in their work. We had a 75 foot lanai ceiling to replace, texturize and paint. All done in three days. Excellent job! They moved all the outdoor furniture and replaced it, making sure everything was back in place.

I needed my floors totally redone from the subflooring and the floor itself, in 4 rooms and a hallway. They said that indeed they could do it and , unlike other contractors, they didn't try to upsell the project just to make more money. They removed the old decrepit flooring, replaced the subfloor with 3/4 inch plywood and layed the actual flooring. The entire job took a week and they were professional in every way. I am totally impressed with how well everything turned out. Should yo need to replace the flooring in your home, I would recommend that you contact Honchar for a fair and honest quote and unparalleled work.

We called Tyler and had an appointment set up on a Monday. He showed up and was even texting us his route before he arrived. We reviewed what was needed to be done, had an estimate emailed and a date set up that we chose. Juan and his crew did a fantasic job and were in and out in the two days promised. Couldn't be happier. We thank all of you. Trying to post a photo of a 26 foot tape job that had cracked and they repaired.

I received a professional quote in short order at a fair price. Honchar started work in a few days. They completed the removal of wall paper and refinished the walls for paint. I looked into "ANGIE'S LIST" whom I totally trust in, and Casey was the very first company to get a hold of me, with in 5 minutes. His price was very doable and I opted to have them come do our Garage Ceiling, that had caved in, due to age and other issues.. His TEAM said they'd be there between 8-9 Am and they were there at 8:00 SHARP!!!! JUAN and his partner came and had the whole thing done by 2 PM, and DID A PHENOMENAL JOB, THAT BLEW ME AWAY!!!! 10 STARS!!!********** Juan even finished off the job, with scooping out ALL the debrie from our insulation that had fallen to the ground, and then WASHED THE GARAGE FLOOR!!!!!!! EVEN I'VE NEVER WASHED THE GARAGE FLOOR!!!!!!!! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND CASEY HANCHAR REMODELING CONTRACTORS!!!!!! UNBEFREAKINLIEVABLE!!!! WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Casey and HR Construction. I needed to have my rental house/ vacation home interior painted while I was away in another state. I spoke with Casey and explained my situation. And was very helpful and easy to deal with. He kept me informed about how things were going through out the whole job. He trusted me to follow through with what I promised, which I did. And completed the job in the time fame he specified. I would definitely hire Casey and HR Construction again. They are a sold company and follow through with what they promise.
