We hired Homes Plus to install drywall, LVP flooring, and baseboards on our level. They were quick to respond for consultation and got us on schedule quickly. Shawn was really polite, verified what we wanted before starting, made suggestions when things werent quite right to make our house look great! Also, I wrote a check for WELL OVER the amount owed on accident. Shawn reached out the next day to inform me of my mistake and asked to swing back by the house to exchange the check for the correct amount. Honesty is not dead, yall!! The team he brought to the house were also great! Highly recommend Homes Plus!

This review is remiss. Shawn at Home Plus came out and gave us a quote for our kitchen, which had some damage. However, while we were working on getting the plans together, disaster struck! Actually two things happened. First was that storm O'Fallon got hit with last spring. So while we're working on the kitchen or getting ready to, we suddenly needed a roof, siding, two windows replaced, two cars repaired and fence repairs. Later we also had to have an electrician come out because one complete wall in the house was without power. Well dealing with that....lol We had an accident in the bathroom which required the entire shower enclosure, shower doors and floor to be replaced. We also had him remove a door from the bathroom. It was an odd bathroom that had two doors in it. We just got rid of the door and made the door area a complete wall. Let me just tell you it is so beautiful. I swear I would kiss that man if he showed up at my door. Right now. I have never had a nicer bathroom in my whole life. I don't know how he did it. But the water pressure is even better. I wish I had it before picture so you could see just how much better it is. But from beginning to end. Sean was professional, knowledgeable and exceptional at keeping us informed as to what was going on. We always knew what time they'd be there the next day. Day how many hours they were going to be there? What exactly they were going to do that day. We were never left wondering. I just couldn't be more deliriously happy about my bathroom. I wish I had before pictures. I didn't take any. I uploaded a couple of pictures. I wasn't trying to show off my decor, but rather the wall with the pictures is the wall that had the door. Small bathroom. Bathroom too many doors! Shawn unfortunately we are 9 months to a year from our kitchen now. But you are definitely the man we will be calling!

Shawn and Jon were absolutely amazing. We can't put into words how amazing of a job these guys did! They took our bathroom that was old, creepy, musty and dark and turned it into our dream bathroom! Their attention to detail is impeccable. Always on time, communicative, and transparent. We couldn't have asked for better contractor to work with. We had a blast having these guys around. Thanks again guys!

I love the project that Shawn from Home Plus Construction just completed at my home! I have a smaller, older home with a walkout basement that I wanted to have finished and he completed it just how I wanted. After a handful of bids, I chose Home Plus Construction because of the very reasonable price and because I was comfortable with Shawn. A big part of my decision for who I hire for home projects is the person/people that will be in my home, not just what they can do and for what price. Shawn and Jon were very professional and communicative, and made me feel comfortable with them being in my home from the bid through to the project completion. They we always on time, ran things by me when I had choices on how things could be done, and cleaned and picked up every day to try and keep the house disruption to a minimum. I'm so happy that Home Plus Construction finished my basement and whenever I have another project to complete, I will for sure be using them again! Home Plus Construction did a bathroom remodel for me (finished yesterday) and I can't expressed how pleased I was with the entire process!. I can say I was OVERWHELMED with everything. Shawn kept in contact with me throughout,, informing me of timelines, asking questions to be sure he did exactly what I wanted. He and his men always showed up when they said they would. The workmanship was wonderful. It only took 2 weeks from start to finish - and this was a complete tear-out and adding in a huge linen closet in place of my old garden tub. I wish I could have posted pics but couldn't figure out how.) I will certainly use his company in the future and have recommended him to several friends!
