Jose is awesome! Had some drywall to be repaired I conjunction with the replacement of my HVAC unite. You can't even tell the dry wall was accessed as it was perfectly patched and repainted. I highly recommend Jose and his team. If you want it done right and on the first go around, call HMS. You won't be disappointed!

If you have any repairs or fixup needs around your house, I truly endorse and recommend giving a call to Home Maintenance Solution. I had a hole in my garage ceiling because furnace installers earlier this week were unable to install our new furnace via the original attic access. Jose Cailos of Home Maintenance Solution arrive ahead of the scheduled time after giving me a call. We were much approving of this. His repair of the dry wall, installation of a new access frame and matching the paint perfectly made us very happy with the job he did. Again, excellent workmanship and on time delivery earned Five stars for Home Maintenance Solution.

Julio and his team has done a couple of projects for me. He has given me a fair price and went above and beyond on doing high quality work. They were considerate to my family in planning their work with minimal inconvenience. They have done a very high quality work beyond my expectations, they took not the easy but the best way with the quality as the main goal. They were timely in completing the work to our full satisfaction. I recommend them to any family and friends.
